Nedaleko Brna se nachází asi 5tisícové město Hustopeče. A čím je tak specifické? Například slavnostmi vína, burčáku a také mandloní, kam jsem zavítala letošní jaro poprvé. Tento event se každoročně pořádá koncem března až začátkem dubna a probíhá celý víkend. Z Brna se tam dostanete poměrně snadno vlakem, a to pouze za pár korun. Linky jezdí pravidelně až do pozdějšího večera, proto se nemusíte bát, že byste nestihli i večerní program.

Not far from Brno is the town of Hustopeče, with a population of about 5,000. And what makes it so special? For instance, its wine, burčák (a type of young wine), and almond festivals, which I visited for the first time this spring. This event is held annually at the end of March and the beginning of April and runs all weekend. You can get there from Brno relatively easily by train, and it costs only a few crowns. Trains run regularly until late in the evening, so you don't need to worry about missing the later events.

Nicht weit von Brünn entfernt liegt die etwa 5.000 Einwohner zählende Stadt Hustopeče. Was macht sie so besonders? Zum Beispiel die Wein-, Burčák- und Mandelblütenfeste, die ich in diesem Frühjahr zum ersten Mal besucht habe. Diese Veranstaltung findet jedes Jahr Ende März/Anfang April statt und dauert das ganze Wochenende. Von Brünn aus kommt man relativ einfach mit dem Zug dorthin, und das kostet nur ein paar Kronen. Die Züge fahren regelmäßig bis spät abends, sodass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss, den späteren Teil des Programms zu verpassen.

Během celého dne jste mohli ochutnat nejrůznější teplé i studené nápoje. Na akci nechyběl ani stánek s mandlovou kávou, mandlovicí a mandlovým vínem. Stánky se táhly od města, kde probíhal živý program, až po rozhlednu v rozkvetlých sadech.

Throughout the day, you could sample a variety of hot and cold drinks. The event also featured a stand with almond coffee, almond liqueur, and almond wine. The stands stretched from the town, where the live program took place, all the way to the observation tower in the blooming orchards.

Im Laufe des Tages konnten Sie eine Vielzahl von warmen und kalten Getränken probieren. Bei der Veranstaltung fehlte auch ein Stand mit Mandelkaffee, Mandellikör und Mandelwein nicht. Die Stände erstreckten sich von der Stadt, in der das Live-Programm stattfand, bis hin zur Aussichtsplattform in den blühenden Obstgärten.
