Pro dobrý pocit a zdravý chrup/ For a good feeling and healthy teeth

Musím se přiznat, jako dospívající mladá dívka jsem o své zuby příliš nejevila zájem, ne že bych je nečistila, ale pravidelnost byla pro mě krizovým bodem číslo jedna. A tak se mé zoubky začaly kazit.... cca do 14 let jsem "hrdě" získala několik dírek a účastnila se několika oprav. Jako velké plus k mé lenosti přibyl i fakt, že údajně mám dědičnou vysokou kazivost zubů a slabou sklovinu, ehm... Takové zjištění potěší, v době, kdy konečně dospějete a chcete mít krásné zuby a bělení se máte velkým obloukem vyhýbat. Postupně jsem si našla alternativy a i pro mě "nebezpečný" fluor v pastě mé zuby krásně zvládnou. Protože péče o chrup je pro mě důležitá, rozhodla jsem se jít do spolupráce s nazuby.cz, kde je obrovský výběr doplňků a kosmetiky právě k péči o naše ostré kamarády. 

I have to admit, as a young teenage girl I didn't really care about my teeth, not that I didn't brush them, but regularity was not  my number one sticking point. And that's how my teeth started to deteriorate... until I was about 14 years old, I "proudly" got several holes in my teeth and participated in several repairs. As a big plus to my laziness, the fact that I supposedly have hereditary high tooth decay and weak enamel, erm... Such a finding is pleasing, at a time when you finally grow up and want to have beautiful teeth and you have to avoid bleaching teeth. Gradually, I found alternatives, and even for me, the "dangerous" fluorine in the paste can be handled beautifully by my teeth. Because dental care is important to me, I decided to cooperate with nazuby.cz, where there is a huge selection of accessories and cosmetics specifically for the care of our sharp friends. 

Ich muss zugeben, als junges Teenager-Mädchen habe ich mich nicht wirklich um meine Zähne gekümmert, nicht, dass ich sie nicht geputzt hätte, aber Regelmäßigkeit war nicht mein größter Knackpunkt. Und so begannen sich meine Zähne zu verschlechtern... Bis ich etwa 14 Jahre alt war, bekam ich „stolz“ mehrere Löcher in die Zähne und beteiligte mich an mehreren Reparaturen. Als großes Plus zu meiner Faulheit kommt noch die Tatsache hinzu, dass ich angeblich erblich hohe Karies und schwachen Zahnschmelz habe, ähm... So ein Befund ist erfreulich, in einer Zeit, in der man endlich erwachsen wird und schöne Zähne haben möchte und muss Vermeiden Sie das Bleichen der Zähne. Nach und nach habe ich Alternativen gefunden und selbst das für mich „gefährliche“ Fluor in der Paste vertragen meine Zähne wunderbar. RHODOS ČÁST 2./ Rhodos part 2

Nožičky bolely a potřebovaly odpočinek. Dostavila se první únava po ťapkání v Rhodosu, proto jsme následující den začali pozvolna, odpočinkem na pláži. Písečný ráj jsme měli měli minutu od našeho apartmánu a to samé i restauraci, kam jsme se vydali poté. Aby den nebyl příliš pomalý, vyjeli jsme alespoň do motýlího údolí, kde během letních měsíců můžete vidět až stovky těchto nádherných létajících živočichů. Bohužel v květnu se jedná spíše o pěknou procházku přírodou. A aby tomu nechyběl alespoň trochu adrenalin, přítel vyrazil na motokáry. 

The legs hurt and needed rest. The first fatigue set in after groping in Rhodes, so we started the next day slowly, relaxing on the beach. We had a sandy paradise a minute from our apartment and the same for the restaurant we went to afterwards. To make the day not too slow, we at least went to the butterfly valley, where during the summer months you can see up to hundreds of these wonderful flying animals. Unfortunately, in May it is more of a nice walk through nature. And so that it didn't lack at least a little adrenaline, a my boyfriend went karting. 

Die Beine taten weh und brauchten Ruhe. Nach dem Herumtasten auf Rhodos stellte sich die erste Müdigkeit ein, sodass wir den nächsten Tag langsam und entspannt am Strand angehen konnten. Wir hatten ein Sandparadies nur eine Minute von unserer Wohnung entfernt und das Gleiche galt für das Restaurant, in das wir anschließend gingen. Damit der Tag nicht zu langsam wird, sind wir zumindest ins Schmetterlingstal gefahren, wo man in den Sommermonaten bis zu Hunderte dieser wunderbaren Flugtiere beobachten kann. Leider ist es im Mai eher ein schöner Spaziergang durch die Natur. Und damit es trotzdem nicht an etwas Adrenalin mangelte, fuhr mein Freund eine Runde Kart.

Možná se vám zdá dnešní název článku trochu zavádějící. Hned vysvětlím. Ve volné chvíli jsem brouzdala internetem a najednou cink, narazila jsem na nový obchod Litlolo, který mě hned ze začátku něčím nevysvětlitelným zaujal. Postupně jsem se prokousávala přes zajímavou nabídku sortimentu až k informacím o firmě. Vznik e-shopu bulharsko-české rodiny vznikl inspirací léčby jejich dcery za pomoci alternativní léčby - bylin a přírody ceklkově. Po dlouhém čtení štítků na produktech, se rodina rozhodla pro tvorbu vlastní kosmetiky a začali vznikat internetové obchody, první z nich Hrstina a druhý „Litlolo“ což znamená v Sesothském jazyce kosmetika.

In my free time, I was surfing the Internet and suddenly, I came across a new store, which immediately caught my attention with something inexplicable. I gradually made my way through the interesting product range to information about the company. The creation of the e-shop of a Bulgarian-Czech family was inspired by the treatment of their daughter with the help of alternative treatment - herbs and nature. After a long reading of the labels on the products, the family decided to create their own cosmetics and started to create online stores, the first of them Hrstina and the second "Litlolo" which means cosmetics in the Sesotho language.

Möglicherweise finden Sie den Titel des heutigen Artikels etwas irreführend. Ich erkläre es gleich. In meiner Freizeit surfte ich im Internet und stieß plötzlich auf einen neuen Laden, der mir sofort mit etwas Unerklärlichem auffiel. Nach und nach gelangte ich durch die interessante Produktpalette zu Informationen über das Unternehmen. Die Gründung des E-Shops einer bulgarisch-tschechischen Familie wurde von der Behandlung ihrer Tochter mit Hilfe alternativer Behandlungsmethoden – Kräuter und Natur – inspiriert. Nach langem Lesen der Etiketten auf den Produkten beschloss die Familie, ihre eigenen Kosmetika zu kreieren und begann mit der Gründung von Online-Shops, der erste davon war Hrstina und der zweite „Litlolo“, was in der Sesotho-Sprache „Kosmetik“ bedeutet.
