RHODOS ČÁST 4/ Rhodos part 4

Na dovolené jsme byli od 1. května do 8. května. Celkem 7 celých dní. Možná si podle předchozích článků říkáte, co jsme dělali ty další dny? Tak třeba jsme dvakrát navštívili Traganou beach a cave. Částečně zatopenou jeskyni, která se dala v pohodě projít. Zde jsem si užívala i nádhernou kamenitou pláž, sbírala mušličky a nasávala mořský vzduch. Dokonce i koupačka byla!. 

We were on vacation from May 1 to May 8. A total of 7 full days. Perhaps, according to the previous articles, you are wondering what we did the next few days? For example, we visited Traganou beach and cave twice. A partially flooded cave that was easy to walk through. Here I also enjoyed the beautiful rocky beach, collected seashells and breathed in the sea air. Even the bathing suit was!. 

Wir waren vom 1. bis 8. Mai im Urlaub. Insgesamt 7 volle Tage. Vielleicht fragen Sie sich nach den vorherigen Artikeln, was wir in den nächsten Tagen gemacht haben? Zum Beispiel besuchten wir den Strand und die Höhle von Traganou zweimal. Eine teilweise überflutete Höhle, die leicht zu durchqueren war. Auch hier genoss ich den wunderschönen Felsstrand, sammelte Muscheln und atmete die Meeresluft ein. Sogar der Badeanzug war dabei!

RHODOS ČÁST 3./ Rhodos part 3

Lindos, to je něco, říkali… a měli pravdu. Pokud jste milovníci historie, v tomhle příjemném městečku si určitě přijdete na své. Z úzkých uliček, prastarých sloupů i dveří dýchá dávná minulost. Čím více se blížíte k vrcholu s Acropolis, tím více se vracíte do dob místních předků. Prolíná se zde antika, s prvky z Osmanské říše s aktuální kulturou. 

Lindos is something, they said… and they were right. If you're a history buff, you'll definitely enjoy this pleasant town. The ancient past breathes from the narrow streets, ancient columns and doors. The closer you get to the summit with the Acropolis, the more you go back to the times of the local ancestors. Antiquity, with elements from the Ottoman Empire, and current culture are intermingled here. 

Lindos ist etwas, sagten sie ... und sie hatten Recht. Wenn Sie ein Geschichtsinteressierter sind, werden Sie diese angenehme Stadt auf jeden Fall genießen. Die antike Vergangenheit atmet von den engen Gassen, alten Säulen und Türen. Je näher man dem Gipfel mit der Akropolis kommt, desto mehr fühlt man sich in die Zeit der einheimischen Vorfahren zurückversetzt. Antike mit Elementen aus dem Osmanischen Reich und aktuelle Kultur vermischen sich hier. 

 

Pro dobrý pocit a zdravý chrup/ For a good feeling and healthy teeth

Musím se přiznat, jako dospívající mladá dívka jsem o své zuby příliš nejevila zájem, ne že bych je nečistila, ale pravidelnost byla pro mě krizovým bodem číslo jedna. A tak se mé zoubky začaly kazit.... cca do 14 let jsem "hrdě" získala několik dírek a účastnila se několika oprav. Jako velké plus k mé lenosti přibyl i fakt, že údajně mám dědičnou vysokou kazivost zubů a slabou sklovinu, ehm... Takové zjištění potěší, v době, kdy konečně dospějete a chcete mít krásné zuby a bělení se máte velkým obloukem vyhýbat. Postupně jsem si našla alternativy a i pro mě "nebezpečný" fluor v pastě mé zuby krásně zvládnou. Protože péče o chrup je pro mě důležitá, rozhodla jsem se jít do spolupráce s nazuby.cz, kde je obrovský výběr doplňků a kosmetiky právě k péči o naše ostré kamarády. 

I have to admit, as a young teenage girl I didn't really care about my teeth, not that I didn't brush them, but regularity was not  my number one sticking point. And that's how my teeth started to deteriorate... until I was about 14 years old, I "proudly" got several holes in my teeth and participated in several repairs. As a big plus to my laziness, the fact that I supposedly have hereditary high tooth decay and weak enamel, erm... Such a finding is pleasing, at a time when you finally grow up and want to have beautiful teeth and you have to avoid bleaching teeth. Gradually, I found alternatives, and even for me, the "dangerous" fluorine in the paste can be handled beautifully by my teeth. Ich muss zugeben, als junges Teenager-Mädchen habe ich mich nicht wirklich um meine Zähne gekümmert, nicht, dass ich sie nicht geputzt hätte, aber Regelmäßigkeit war nicht mein größter Knackpunkt. Und so begannen sich meine Zähne zu verschlechtern... Bis ich etwa 14 Jahre alt war, bekam ich „stolz“ mehrere Löcher in die Zähne und beteiligte mich an mehreren Reparaturen. Als großes Plus zu meiner Faulheit kommt noch die Tatsache hinzu, dass ich angeblich erblich hohe Karies und schwachen Zahnschmelz habe, ähm... So ein Befund ist erfreulich, in einer Zeit, in der man endlich erwachsen wird und schöne Zähne haben möchte und muss Vermeiden Sie das Bleichen der Zähne. Nach und nach habe ich Alternativen gefunden und selbst das für mich „gefährliche“ Fluor in der Paste vertragen meine Zähne wunderbar.
