OBJEDNÁVKA Z AKTINU/ Order from Aktin/ Bestellung von Aktin

Krásný den, nejsem si jistá jestli jste postřehli, ale na mém kanále je nové video s nákupem z e-shopu Aktin. Kdo se už nějakou dobu pohybuje v online scéně pravděpodobně zahlédl nějakou reklamu na tento e-shop. Mezi food influencery a fitness nadšence se aktin řadí asi mezi nejznámější e-shopy. Já ho znám hlavně díky kamarádce, která z něj už několik let objednává hlavně proteiny a proteinové výrobky. Já osobně objednávky dělám asi rok a jsem spíše ve fázy zkoušení produktů. 

Between czech influencers and fitness enthusiasts, actin is probably one of the most famous e-shops. I know him mainly thanks to a friend who has been ordering mainly proteins and protein products from him for several years. I personally order from this e-shop for about a year and I am  in the testing phase of products. 

Zwischen tschechischen Influencern und Fitnessbegeisterten ist Actin wahrscheinlich einer der bekanntesten E-Shops. Ich kenne es hauptsächlich dank eines Freundes, der seit mehreren Jahren hauptsächlich Proteine und Proteinprodukte bei es bestellt. Ich persönlich bestelle seit ungefähr einem Jahr in diesem E-Shop und befinde mich in der Testphase der Produkte.

Co mohu doporučit a co chutná i mým kamarádkám jsou proteinové palačinky od Nutrendu. Chuť proteinu v nich nejde cítit, jsou rychlé na přípravu, zasytí a při cvičení, nebo jako rychlá snídaně jsou super. Navíc je lze koupit i v Bille a v některých kamenných bio produktech. Cena se pohybuje asi do 27 korun. 100% arašídové máslo jsem dříve kupovala v Kauflandu, poté jsem zkusila z DM, ale cenově mě nejlépe vychází od Gymbeam z Aktinu. Za toto malé 340g jsem dala asi 89 korun. Chipsy jsou teď velký boom, už jsem viděla jinou verzi  v běžném marketu. Tyto můžu doporučit, hodnotově jsou méně nezdravé a chuťově nepoznáte rozdíl od běžných... jen je cena vyšší. Vzorečky proteinů spíše zkouším, ten od Biotechu chutná jako milkshake, mohu doporučit. Vzorečky proteinů se pohybují dle značek... cca od 26 korun do 40. A zero calories sirup zkouším a nějak mě neoslovil :). Ten stál 89 korun. 

What I can recommend and what my friends like are protein pancakes from Nutrend. The taste of protein in them cannot be felt, they are quick to prepare, satiate and during exercise, or as a quick breakfast they are great. I used to buy 100% peanut butter in Kaufland before, then I tried it from DM, but the best is thanks to the price from Actin. Vegetable Chips are now a big boom, I've seen another version in the regular market. I can recommend these, they are less unhealthy... only the price is higher. I do like to try protein samples, the one from Biotech tastes like a milkshake, I can recommend. And I try zero calories syrup and it's not very good.

Was ich empfehlen kann und was meine Freunde mögen, sind Proteinpfannkuchen von Nutrend. Der Geschmack von Protein in ihnen ist nicht zu spüren, sie sind schnell zuzubereiten, sättigen und während des Trainings oder als schnelles Frühstück sind sie großartig. Früher habe ich in Kaufland 100% Erdnussbutter gekauft, dann habe ich es bei DM probiert, aber das Beste ist dem Preis von Actin zu verdanken. Gemüsechips sind jetzt ein großer Boom, ich habe eine andere Version auf dem regulären Markt gesehen. Ich kann diese empfehlen, sie sind weniger ungesund ... nur der Preis ist höher. Ich probiere gerne Proteinproben aus, die von Biotech schmeckt wie ein Milchshake, den ich empfehlen kann. Und ich versuche null Kalorien Sirup und es ist nicht sehr gut.

U ŘEKY/ By the river/ am Fluss - PHOTOSHOOTING

Další focení s panem Večerkou probíhalo u řeky, v místě, kde protéká jedna z našich řek - Oslava. V tom místě, kam jsem kdysi dávno s bývalým přítelem jezdila na ryby, kde jsem usnula při měsíci a kde je nádherná příroda, tichoučko, nikde ani noha a krásné bílo. POHÁDKA. Miluji ty naše foto tripy. :) A navíc fotky, které z toho vzniknout jsou úchvatné. Navíc lze u řeky vymyslet spoustu nápadů, ať už v zimě, či v létě. Má to svoje kouzlo. Jak se vám líbí další fotky ze série focení? 

Another photo shoot with Mr. Večerka took place by the river, in the place where one of our rivers flows - Celebration. In the place where my ex-boyfriend and I used to go fishing, where I fell asleep during the moon and where there is beautiful nature, silence, nowhere people and beautiful white snow. FAIRYTALE. I love our photo trips. :) Plus, the photos that come out of it are breathtaking. In addition, you can come up with a lot of ideas by the river, either in winter or in summer. It has its charm. Ein weiteres Fotoshooting mit Herrn Večerka fand am Fluss statt, an der Stelle, an der einer unserer Flüsse fließt - Feier. An dem Ort, an dem mein Ex-Freund und ich angeln gingen, wo ich während des Mondes eingeschlafen bin und wo es wunderschöne Natur, Stille, nirgendwo Menschen und schönen weißen Schnee gibt. MÄRCHEN. Ich liebe unsere Fototouren. :) Außerdem sind die Fotos, die dabei herauskommen, atemberaubend. Darüber hinaus können Sie im Winter oder im Sommer viele Ideen am Fluss einbringen. ROZHLEDNA HOLEDNÁ, Lookouttower Holedna/ Ausichtturm Holedná - BRNO

Už to bude týden, co jsme se s kamarádem rozhodli udělat si výlet do Brna. Zrovna ten den bylo počasí celkem příjemné a byla obleva. Zaparkovali jsme v Bystrci mezi panelovými domy a odtud jsme jsme měli v plánu skrze oboru Holedná dojít až k rozhledně. Byl to docela špatný nápad. Co se týká procházky, tak jsme pár kilometrů ušli, ale to bláto! A všude...  

It will be a week since my friend and I decided for a trip to Brno. Just that day the weather was quite pleasant and there was not ice weather. We parked in Bystrc between the blocks of flats and from there we planned to walk through the Holedná deer park to the lookout tower. It was a pretty bad idea. As for the walk, we walked a few kilometers, but the mud! And everywhere ... 

Es wird eine Woche her sein, seit mein Freund und ich uns für eine Reise nach Brünn entschieden haben. Gerade an diesem Tag war das Wetter recht angenehm und es gab kein Eiswetter. Wir parkten in Bystrc zwischen den Wohnblöcken und wollten von dort aus durch den Holedná-Wildpark zum Aussichtsturm gehen. Es war eine ziemlich schlechte Idee. Was den Weg angeht, sind wir ein paar Kilometer gelaufen, aber der Schlamm! Und überall ...
