3. den jsme navštívili jeden z nejstarších středověkých hradů (asi v Itálii) s muzeem panenek a poté nad městě Varese další památku Unesco - kapli, město a chrám Sacro Monte di Varese, odtud naše cesta pokračovala k italskému Luinu do městěčka Porto Valtravaglia, kde jsme měli nádherné ubytování s výhledem na jezero. Ráno u jezera byli mini trhy i s živými hlemýždi.

On the 3rd day we visited one of the oldest medieval castles (probably in Italy) with a doll museum and then over the city of Varese another UNESCO monument - chapel, town and temple Sacro Monte di Varese, from there our journey continued to the Italian Luin to Porto Valtravaglia, where we had wonderful accommodation overlooking the lake. In the morning there were mini markets with live snails by the lake.

Am 3. Tag besuchten wir eine der ältesten mittelalterlichen Burgen (vermutlich in Italien) mit einem Puppenmuseum und dann über die Stadt Varese ein weiteres UNESCO-Denkmal - Kapelle, Stadt und Tempel Sacro Monte di Varese, von dort aus ging unsere Reise weiter zum Italiener Luin nach Porto Valtravaglia, wo wir eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit Blick auf den See hatten. Am Morgen gab es Minimärkte mit lebenden Schnecken am See.

Do posledního článku se mi všechny novinky nevešly, tak dnes vám ukážu pár dalších dobrůtek, které jsem v poslední době koupila. Už je to nějáký rok, co mám problémy se žaludkem a bohužel moji milovanou kávu bych neměla pít vůbec. Když se problémy zhorší, vyhledávám různé náhražky, čekankové kafe, obilné a nebo CARO.

Ich habe seit einem Jahr Magenprobleme und darf meinen geliebten Kaffee leider gar nicht mehr trinken. Wenn die Probleme schlimmer werden, suche ich nach verschiedenen Ersatzstoffen, Zichorienkaffee oder CARO.

Také jsem si oblíbila čekankové tyčinyk od 4slim. Kupuji je v Rossmanovi a nejraději mám přesně tu, kterou vidíte na fotce. Skvělá je i kakaová s kokosem.

Alpro borůvku jsem si koupila, protože jsem nemohla chvíli mléčné produkty a teprve je postupně zařazuji do jídelníčku zpět. Borůvku jsem měla poprvé a moc mi chutnalo, nicméně cena je galaktická. Nechápu...

4 DNY V ITÁLII/ 4 DAYS IN ITALY/ 4 TAGE IN ITALIEN #1

Není tomu tak dlouho, co jsme dostali s přítelem nabídku jet s jeho kamarádem a přítelkyní na 4 dny do Itálie. V plánu jsme měli vidět dvě Italská jezera a několik švýcarských měst. 

Naše cesta započala v Bergamu, kde jsem si již dopředu zapůjčili auto, odtud jsme jeli směr město Como u jezera Lago di Como. Ve městě jsme si dali jídlo v restauraci, prošli střed a vyjeli na kopec k majáku, odkud byli nádherné vyhlídky do údolí.Jen vypůjčení auto a cesta nám zabrala více jak polinu dne, proto jsme přes booking našli ubytování a jeli směr jezero Maggiore, kde jsem si užili kapku večerního relaxu u vody. 

It hasn't been that long since my boyfriend and I got an offer to go to Italy with his friend and his girlfriend for 4 days. We planned to see two Italian lakes and several Swiss cities.

Our journey started in Bergamo, where we had already rented a car in advance, from there we drove towards the city of Como on Lake Como. We had a meal in a restaurant in the town, walked through the center and went up the hill to the lighthouse, from where there were wonderful views of the valley. we enjoyed a drop of evening relaxation by the water.

Es ist noch nicht lange her, dass mein Freund und ich ein Angebot bekommen haben, mit seinem Freund und seiner Freundin für 4 Tage nach Italien zu fahren. Wir hatten vor, zwei italienische Seen und mehrere Schweizer Städte zu sehen.

Unsere Reise startete in Bergamo, wo wir bereits vorab ein Auto gemietet hatten, von dort fuhren wir in Richtung der Stadt Como am Comer See. Wir aßen in einem Restaurant in der Stadt, gingen durch das Zentrum und gingen den Hügel hinauf zum Leuchtturm, von wo aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Tal hatte. Wir genossen einen Tropfen abendlicher Entspannung am Wasser.

 

ROZKVETLÉ SADY/ FLOWERING TREES / BLÜHENDE BÄUME

Před rokem jsem jela plná očekávání na mé první focení do Brna. Byla jsem domluvená s mladým klukem kolem 16 let, který studoval fotografickou školu a potřeboval nějaké fotky pro projekt. Bohužel během mé cesty autobusem se ozval, že mě fotit nebude a vezme raději placenou práci... Okamžitě jsem vypsala poptávku po novém fotografovi a ozval se mi Matúš. Sice jsem se ten den nedomluvili, ale stali se z nás přátelé, občas se sejdeme a jsme spolu v kontaktu. 

A year ago, I went to Brno for my first photo shoot. I made an appointment with a young boy around the age of 16 who was studying photography school and needed some photos for the project. Unfortunately, during my bus trip, he said that he would not take pictures of me and would rather take a paid job ... I immediately announced a request for a new photographer and Matúš called me. Although we did not agree that day, we became friends, we meet sometimes and we are in touch.

Vor einem Jahr war ich für mein erstes Fotoshooting in Brünn. Ich verabredete mich mit einem Jungen im Alter von etwa 16 Jahren, der eine Fotografieschule besuchte und einige Fotos für das Projekt brauchte. Leider sagte er während meiner Busfahrt, dass er keine Fotos von mir machen würde und lieber einen bezahlten Job annehmen würde ... Ich kündigte sofort eine Anfrage für einen neuen Fotografen an und Matúš rief mich an. Obwohl wir uns an diesem Tag nicht einig waren, wurden wir Freunde, wir treffen uns manchmal und wir sind in Kontakt.

ZDRAVÉ NÁKUPY/ HEALTHY SHOPPING/ GESUND EINKAUFEN 1/22

Je pátek večer, sedím u televize a snažím se vám sepsat několik novinek. Už dlouho jsem nenapsala článek o zdravé stravě. Ano má postava se změnila a nejsem na to úplně hrdá. S novou práci a novým životem plným lásky a spousty zážitků vypouštím cvičení a zdravou stravu z denní rutiny a stává se z toho pouhé občas... Nicméně i přesto jsem několikrát za poslední měsíce nakoupila zdravější stravu v Aktinu, ale i v jiných prodejnách. Výhodou v Brně je vše na dosah a kamenné výdejny. 

Abych doplnila zásoby bílkovin v těle koupila jsem oblíbené proteiny. Cena je šílená, ale s kefírem/ mlékem chutná jak milkshake a na poměr cukr/ bílkoviny vychází asi nejlépe na Aktinu. Dnes vám ukážu jen jeden z nich - jahodový. Dále jsem koupila nízkokalorické sirupy. Nejlepší je toffee, který chutná jak slaný karamel. Je lahodný! Dále jsem koupila sypaný brusinkový čaj, L-Carnitin vitamíny a proteinové palačky od Nutrendu.

Es ist Freitagabend, ich sitze vor dem Fernseher und versuche, Ihnen Neuigkeiten zu schreiben. Ich habe schon lange keinen Artikel mehr über gesunde Ernährung geschrieben. Ja, mein Charakter hat sich verändert und ich bin nicht ganz stolz darauf. Mit einem neuen Job und einem neuen Leben voller Liebe und vielen Erfahrungen entferne ich Bewegung und gesunde Ernährung aus meinem Alltag und es kommt nur gelegentlich vor ... Trotzdem habe ich in Aktin, aber auch in anderen Geschäften, gesündere Lebensmittel gekauft , mehrmals in den letzten Monaten. Der Vorteil in Brünn ist alles in Reichweite und Steinapotheken.

Um die Proteinspeicher in meinem Körper wieder aufzufüllen, habe ich meine Lieblingsproteine gekauft. Der Preis ist verrückt, aber mit Kefir / Milch schmeckt es wie ein Milchshake und das Zucker / Protein-Verhältnis ist wahrscheinlich am besten auf Aktin. Heute zeige ich Ihnen nur eine davon - Erdbeere. Ich habe auch kalorienarme Sirupe gekauft. Am besten ist Toffee, das nach salzigem Karamell schmeckt. Es ist lecker! Ich habe auch losen Cranberry-Tee, L-Carnitin-Vitamine und Proteinpfannkuchen von Nutrend gekauft.

Není to tak dávno, co jsem se setkala s fotografem s pro mě novým a velice netradičním vystupováním. Pana Grégla jsem poznala přes Facebook. Nabídku na svatební focení fotografa z nedaleké Bíteše jsem objevila ve skupině TFP focení. Nikdy jsem podobný styl nezkoušela a navíc jeho tvorba byla pro mě na první pohled úžasná, krásné fantasy a pohádkové fotky. Pro tuto tématiku jsem sice vybraná nebyla, ale zůstala jsem s ním v kontaktu. 

Not so long ago, I met a photographer with a new and very unconventional performance for me. I met Mr. Grégl via Facebook. I discovered the offer for a wedding photo shoot of a photographer from nearby Bíteš in the TFP photo shoot group. I have never tried a similar style and moreover, his work was amazing, beautiful fantasy and fairy-tale photos at first sight. Although I was not selected for this topic, I remained in contact with him. 

Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit traf ich einen Fotografen mit einer für mich neuen und sehr unkonventionellen Performance. Ich habe Herrn Grégl über Facebook kennengelernt. Ich habe das Angebot für ein Hochzeitsfotoshooting eines Fotografen aus dem nahe gelegenen Bíteš in der TFP-Fotoshootinggruppe entdeckt. Ich habe noch nie einen ähnlichen Stil ausprobiert und außerdem war seine Arbeit erstaunlich, wunderschöne Fantasy- und Märchenfotos auf den ersten Blick. Obwohl ich für dieses Thema nicht ausgewählt wurde, blieb ich mit ihm in Kontakt.

POSLEDNÍ MĚSÍCE/ LAST MONTHS/ LETZTE MONATE

Poslední měsíce se nesly v duchu cestování. Hned v lednu jsme vyjeli prozkoumávat Itálii, navštívila jsem můj milovaný ŘÍM, PISU, FLORENCII, VESUV, POMPEJE, NEAPOL A BARI. O své zážitky jsem se podělila v několika článcích a myslím, že ve shrnutí měsíce.

V zimním období jsme víkendy trávili staráním se o přítelovo dítko a ty volné, zrovna když jsem neměla covid, jsme jeli lyžovat. Moje první lyžování na horách! Tedy mimo školní kurz před několika lety. Jezdili jsme z Brna na ŘÍČKY, DOLNÍ MORAVU, BUKOVOU HORU A DEŠTNOU.

Die letzten Monate standen ganz im Zeichen des Reisens. Im Januar haben wir Italien erkundet, ich habe mein geliebtes ROM, PISA, FLORENZ, VESUV, POMPEI, NEAPEL UND BARI besucht. Ich habe meine Erfahrungen in mehreren Artikeln geteilt und denke in einer Zusammenfassung des Monats.
Im Winter haben wir die Wochenenden damit verbracht, auf das Kind meiner Freundin und die freien Kinder aufzupassen, nur wenn ich keine Covid hatte, sind wir Ski gefahren. Tisíce kilometrů, stop v cestách, hmota mraků, sluneční paprsky i měsíční třpyt, vlny v mořích, zvuky cizích ptáků, lidí i nových měst. Spousta chutí jídla, další rok! Poznávaní - to je život. Tak se nazývá moje fotokniha, která je už 4. v pořadí - i když je její název lehce matoucí IIII. to jsem celá já! 

Thousands of kilometers, my steps on the way, roads, clouds, sunbeams and moonlight, waves in the seas, the sounds of alien birds, people and new cities. Lots of food flavors, my life! Cognition is life. This is the name of my photo book, which is already 4th in order - although its title is slightly confusing IIII. it's all me! 

Tausende von Kilometern, meine Schritte auf dem Weg, Straßen, Wolken, Sonnenstrahlen und Mondlicht, Wellen im Meer, die Geräusche fremder Vögel, Menschen und neue Städte. Viele Essensaromen, mein Leben! Wissen ist Leben. So heißt mein Fotobuch, das bereits auf Platz 4 liegt - obwohl sein Titel etwas verwirrend ist IIII. es ist alles ich!

 

Blíž ke hvězdám/ Closer to the stars/ Näher an den Sternen

Asi před měsícem jsem se opětovaně setkala s Oldřichem, fotografem od Znojma, který mě zavezl do pronajatého studia STAR. Fotostudio se nachází v Brně na Cejlu. Hned od počátku si získalo moje srdce. Pokoje byly prostorné, světlé, luxusní se spoustou doplňků. Tak trochu jsem si představovala, jaké fajn by bylo bydlet v takovém nádherném bytě. 

About a month ago, I met Oldřich again, a photographer from Znojmo, who took me to a rented STAR studio. The photo studio is located in Brno, Cejl. It won my heart right from the start. The rooms were spacious, bright, luxurious with lots of extras. I kind of imagined how nice it would be to live in such a beautiful apartment. 

Vor etwa einem Monat traf ich Oldřich wieder, einen Fotografen aus Znojmo, der mich in ein gemietetes STAR-Studio mitnahm. Das Fotostudio befindet sich in Brünn, Cejl. Es hat mein Herz von Anfang an erobert. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, hell, luxuriös mit vielen Extras. Ich stellte mir irgendwie vor, wie schön es wäre, in einer so schönen Wohnung zu leben.

Dubai EXPO 2020

Jó Dubaj. Někdo ji nenávidí a někdo naopak miluje. Město kontrastů, město divů, město staré arabské říše prolnuté s tou novou. Město u moře, a  zároveň v nekonečném písku. JÁ jsem ta, co ji miluje, proto se tam ráda vracím a vracet se budu. Miluji divy světa - i když jsou z té nejmodernější doby. Miluji tu přizpůsobivost města a mít všechno snadno na dosah.

Dubai. Some people hate her and some people love her. The city of contrasts, the city of wonders, the city of the old Arab Empire intertwined with the new one. Jak zkrotit vlasy/ How to tame hair/ Wie man Haare zähmt

Zdravím blogeři a ostatní čtenáři. Už víc před měsícem jsem zařadila do mé vlasové péče produkty Moroccanoil určené pro nezkrotné a kudrnaté vlasy. O této značce jsem dříve nikdy neslyšela a nenapadlo by mě ji vyhledávat, nicméně využila jsem doporučení od paní Soni a set jsem zařadila do mycí rutiny.  

Jedním ze základních prvků celé sady je arganový olej - také známý jako marocký olej. Asi nejlépe vám ho přiblížím pomoci úryvku z článku: Marocký olej pochází z jader arganových stromů, které rostou v jihozápadních oblastech Maroka. Olej, o kterém se říká, že má regenerační a stárnoucí účinky, se stal jednou z nejnovějších zázračných ingrediencí v kosmetickém průmyslu. Má vysoký obsah vitaminu E a esenciálních mastných kyselin a předpokládá se, že pomáhá při nejrůznějších kožních onemocněních: suchá kůže, akné, lupénka, ekzémy a vrásky. Grüße Blogger und andere Leser. Vor über einem Monat habe ich Moroccanoil-Produkte für ungebändigtes und lockiges Haar in meine Haarpflege aufgenommen. Ich habe noch nie von dieser Marke gehört und würde auch nicht auf die Idee kommen, danach zu suchen, aber ich habe die Empfehlung von Frau Soni genutzt und das Set in die Waschroutine aufgenommen.

Zdravé nohy - pokračování příběhu/ Healthy Feet - The story continues/ Gesunde Füße - Die Geschichte geht weiter

Jak už jste mohli číst v předchozím článku, tak ano mám ve svých 28 letech vybočený palec, který dnes všichni uvidíte! Pokud je vám nepříjemný pohled na nohy, tak dnešní článek přeskočte :) Od jistých dob jsem začala o své tělo hodně pečovat, kromě ranních rituálů v koupelně jsem zařadila i péči o chodidla, která mi pomáhá palec "udržovat" stabilní, navíc je pro mě neodmyslitelnou součástí i péče o pokožku dolní části nohou, která je náchylná a u některých lidí rychle tvrdne a praská. 

Od obou rodičů a vlastně i prarodičů a celkově starších lidí znám škaredou ztvrdlou a popraskanou pokožku, kterou rozhodně nikdy nechci mít. Z toho důvodu jsem doposud používala na noc krém na chodidla a poté nohy dal do teplé ponožky. Díky tomuto procesu jsem měla ráno nožku jako miminko a stále mám. I když...

From both my parents and, in fact, my grandparents and older people in general, I know ugly hardened and cracked skin that I definitely never want.
