VÁNOCE V ZÁHŘEBU/ CHRISTMAS/ WEIHNACHTEN IN ZAGREB

Jelikož jsem díky nemoci nemohla jet na plánované trhy do Vídně a můj přítel odmítl se mačkat mezi davy turistů, vymyslel cestu na vánoční trhy do chorvatského Záhřebu. Už několik let se trhy v tomto hlavním městě řadily mezi ty nejkrásnější v Evropě a musím říct, že tomu tak i je. Do Záhřebu se z Brna jede cca 8 hodin autobusem, tedy bylo jasné, že se bude jednat spíše o prodloužený víkend. Flixbusem jsme jeli v sobotu ve 2 hodiny ráno a přijeli téhož dne v 9 dopoledne. Pro naši smůlu celý den pršelo, proto jsme se vydali do jednoho z několika místních muzeí - do čokoládového s možností ochutnávky. JAKO milovníci jsme si prohlídku celkem prodloužili, protože nehlídaná ochutnávka stála za to! Muzeum moc doporučuji. Jako vstupenku dostanete krabičku se vzorky zdarma. Téhož dne jsme se ještě ubytovali a zašli si na večeři k jezeru. 

Since I couldn't go to the planned markets in Vienna due to illness, and my friend refused to squeeze in the crowds of tourists, he devised a trip to the Christmas markets in Zagreb, Croatia. For several years, the markets in this capital have been ranked among the most beautiful in Europe, and I must say that they are. It takes about 8 hours to get to Zagreb from Brno by bus, so it was clear that it would be more of a long weekend. We took the Flixbus at 2 o'clock in the morning on Saturday and arrived the same day at 9 AM. Unfortunately for us, it rained all day, so we went to one of the several local museums - a chocolate one with a tasting option. AS lovers of chocolate, we extended the tour quite a bit, because the unsupervised tasting was worth it! I highly recommend the museum. As a ticket, you get a free sample box with chocolate. On the same day, we checked in and went to the lake for dinner. 

Da ich krankheitsbedingt nicht auf die geplanten Märkte in Wien gehen konnte und mein Freund sich weigerte, sich in die Touristenmassen zu quetschen, überlegte er sich eine Reise zu den Weihnachtsmärkten in Zagreb, Kroatien. Seit einigen Jahren zählen die Märkte in dieser Hauptstadt zu den schönsten in Europa, und ich muss sagen, dass sie es sind. Von Brünn nach Zagreb dauert es etwa 8 Stunden mit dem Bus, also war klar, dass es eher ein langes Wochenende werden würde. Wir sind am Samstag um 2 Uhr morgens mit dem Flixbus gefahren und am selben Tag um 9 Uhr angekommen. Leider hat es den ganzen Tag geregnet, also sind wir in eines der mehreren örtlichen Museen gegangen - ein Schokoladenmuseum mit Verkostungsoption. ALS Liebhaber von Schokolade haben wir die Tour um einiges verlängert, denn die unbeaufsichtigte Verkostung hat sich gelohnt! Ich kann das Museum sehr empfehlen. Als Eintrittskarte erhalten Sie eine kostenlose Probierbox mit Schokolade. Am selben Tag checkten wir ein und gingen zum Abendessen an den See.

 

LISTOPAD V BUDAPEŠTI/ NOVEMBER IN BUDAPEST

Říjnovou dovolenou v Řecku moje zahraniční cesty rozhodně neskončily. Asi o 14 dní později jsme jeli s kolegy na víkendový teambuilding do Maďarska, konkrétně, nebo hlavně do Budapešti. Opět jsme byli ubytování přes booking poměrně dalek od centra. Nicméně díky auto to bylo pro nás celkem v pohodě. Maďarsko a termály k sobě jednoznačně patří, proto jsme se cestou z Brna zastavili ve městě Blabolna, kde bylo menší a méně známé středisko s červenou teplou vodou. Bohužel odtud žádné fotografie nemám, ale místo vám velice doporučuji, pokud máte rádi klidnější spa centra. Druhý den jsme se přemístili do města Visegrad, kde byla podepsaná známá visegradská smlouva. Ve městě se nachází několik věžiček a na kopci hrad a blízko bobová dráha.

Fotky odtamtud bohužel nemám, ale pokud máte rádi klidnější lázně, místo vřele doporučuji. Druhý den jsme se přesunuli do města Visegrád, kde byla podepsána slavná Visegrádská smlouva. Ve městě je několik věžiček a na kopci zámek a nedaleko bobová dráha. 

Meine Auslandsreisen endeten sicherlich nicht mit den Oktoberferien in Griechenland. Nach etwa 14 Tagen fuhren meine Kollegen und ich für ein Wochenende zum Teambuilding nach Ungarn, genauer gesagt, oder hauptsächlich nach Budapest. Auch hier haben wir über booking.com relativ weit vom Zentrum entfernt übernachtet. Dank des Autos war es für uns jedoch ziemlich cool. Ungarn und Thermen gehören eindeutig zusammen, weshalb wir auf dem Weg von Brünn in der Stadt Blabolna Halt machten, wo es einen kleineren und weniger bekannten Kurort mit rotem warmen Wasser gab. Leider habe ich keine Fotos von dort, aber wenn Sie ein ruhigeres Spa mögen, kann ich den Ort wärmstens empfehlen. Am nächsten Tag zogen wir in die Stadt Visegrád, wo der berühmte Vertrag von Visegrád unterzeichnet wurde. Es gibt mehrere Türme in der Stadt und eine Burg auf dem Hügel und eine Bobbahn in der Nähe.

ŘÍJNOVÉ CESTOVÁNÍ - KEFALONIA/ TRAVEL IN OCTOBER

Konec října jsem zakončila cestou do Řecka na ostrov Kefalonia. Cílem bylo projet ostrov veřejnou dopravou a autem, poznat nejodlehlejší místa, ale také důkladně prozkoumat ty nejbližší, či se vydat trajektem na vedlejší ostrov Zakyntos. V tomhle náš plán lehce ztroskotal, jakmile končí začátkem října sezóna, už si na do lodě nesednete... a autobus na ostrově neseženete. 

I ended the end of October with a trip to Greece to the island of Kefalonia. The goal was to travel the island by public transport and by car, get to know the most remote places, but also thoroughly explore the closest ones, or take a ferry to the neighboring island of Zakynthos. This is where our plan fell apart, as soon as the season ends at the beginning of October, you can't get on the boat anymore... and you can't get the bus on the island.

Ich beendete Ende Oktober mit einer Reise nach Griechenland auf die Insel Kefalonia. Ziel war es, die Insel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Auto zu bereisen, die abgelegensten Orte kennenzulernen, aber auch die nächsten gründlich zu erkunden, oder mit der Fähre zur Nachbarinsel Zakynthos zu fahren. Hier ist unser Plan gescheitert, sobald die Saison Anfang Oktober endet, kommt man nicht mehr aufs Boot... und auf der Insel kommt man nicht mehr in den Bus.

 

Během týdne jsme vystřídali 5 ubytování, které jsme měli přes booking.com - většinou bez snídaně a vařili si jídlo ráno v kuchyňce. Auto jsme měli půjčené od místní autopůjčovny, která se nacházela jako jedna z mnoha u letiště. Letenky jsme si koupili sólo bez cestovky. A víte co? Bylo to fajn! 

During the week, we changed 5 accommodations that we had through booking.com - mostly without breakfast and cooking in the kitchen in the morning. We rented a car from a local car rental company, which was one of many near the airport. We bought the tickets solo without a travel card. And you know what? It was fine! 

Unter der Woche haben wir 5 Unterkünfte, die wir über booking.com hatten, gewechselt – meist ohne Frühstück und morgens in der Küche kochen. Wir mieteten ein Auto bei einer lokalen Autovermietung, die eine von vielen in der Nähe des Flughafens war. Wir haben die Tickets solo ohne Fahrkarte gekauft. Und weisst du was? Es war gut!

Asi poprvé jsem se pořádně nechala takzvaně zinfluencovat. Nevíte co to znamená? Domky Rudíkov. O nich jsem vám již psala, nebo ne? Ať tak, či onak, zde proběhlo poslední focení s Oldřichem.  Bylo chladno a už se stmívalo, od přilehlého rybníka šel cítit chlad. Svlékla jsem si teplé oblečení a vytáhla to pravé podzimní, které hrálo barvami. To jsem já a to byly mé poslední měsíce v outfitech. Hnědá, oranžová, šedá...

Es war kalt und es wurde dunkel, man konnte die Kälte vom angrenzenden Teich spüren. Ich zog meine warme Kleidung aus und holte die echte Herbstkleidung heraus, die mit Farben spielte. Das bin ich und das waren meine letzten Monate in Outfits. Braun, orange, grau...

Když tento článek píšu je poslední říjnová neděle. Den před oslavou Halloweenu. Ležím na gauči pod chlupatou dekou, pouštím si tematicky laděný film, na stole mi hoří svíce obklopená dýňovou dekorací.  Venku je pochmurno, lehká mlha a přesto barevné listí stromů jde znatelně rozeznat. I z balkonu vidím, že tráva je na první pohled mokrá po ranní rose... Do dnešního podzimního rána jsem se probudila s chutí léta na rtech. Ano přesně, jak čtete. Včera mi moji milovaní rodiče doručili balíček víno od Bodláků. Ještě ten večer jsme museli s přítelem ochutnat první ze třech lahví, které balíček obsahoval. Frízo Svatá Barbora mě oslovilo díky složení, které je na e-shopu znatelně uvedené. Kombinace limetky, citronu a dalších ingrediencí s pěkným popiskem v polosladkém provedení mě zaujala natolik, že víno muselo být moje. Už jen špičkou jazýčku jsem ucítila, že tento mok v sobě ukrývá dokonalou chuť léta. Víno moc doporučuji. 

As I write this article, it is the last Sunday in October. The day before Halloween. I'm lying on the couch under a fluffy blanket, playing a themed movie, a candle burning on my table surrounded by a pumpkin decoration. It's gloomy outside, a light fog, and yet the colorful leaves of the trees can be clearly discerned. Even from the balcony I can see that the grass is wet from the morning dew at first glance... Until this autumn morning, I woke up with the taste of summer on my lips. Yes exactly as you read. Yesterday, my beloved parents delivered a package of wine from Thistles. That evening, my boyfriend and I tasted the first of the three bottles that the package contained. The St. Barbara frieze appealed to me thanks to the composition, which is clearly stated on the e-shop. The combination of lime, lemon and other ingredients with a nice label in a semi-sweet version intrigued me so much that the wine had to be mine. With just the tip of my tongue, I felt that this juice contained the perfect taste of summer. I highly recommend the wine.

Während ich diesen Artikel schreibe, ist es der letzte Sonntag im Oktober. Der Tag vor Halloween. Ich liege auf der Couch unter einer flauschigen Decke, spiele einen Themenfilm, auf meinem Tisch brennt eine Kerze, umgeben von einer Kürbisdekoration. Draußen ist es düster, leichter Nebel, und doch sind die bunten Blätter der Bäume deutlich zu erkennen. Selbst vom Balkon aus sehe ich auf den ersten Blick, dass das Gras nass vom Morgentau ist… Bis zu diesem Herbstmorgen wachte ich mit dem Geschmack des Sommers auf meinen Lippen auf. Ja genau so wie du es gelesen hast. Gestern haben meine geliebten Eltern ein Paket Wein von Thistles geliefert. An diesem Abend probierten mein Freund und ich die erste der drei Flaschen, die das Paket enthielt. Der St. Barbara-Fries hat mich dank der Komposition angesprochen, die im E-Shop deutlich angegeben ist. Die Kombination aus Limette, Zitrone und anderen Zutaten mit einem schönen Etikett in einer halbsüßen Version hat mich so fasziniert, dass der Wein von mir sein musste. Mit nur der Zungenspitze spürte ich, dass dieser Saft den perfekten Geschmack des Sommers enthielt. Ich kann den Wein sehr empfehlen.

 

Zážitky z posledních měsíců/ Experiences from the last months/ Erfahrungen aus den letzten Monaten 22

Upřímně ani netuším, kdy jsem tento článek vydávala naposled a jsem líná jej v mém blogerském editoru hledat. PROTO se může stát, že některé informace už ode mě znáte a fotky jste viděli - ty asi každopádně, pokud mě sledujete i na mém instagramu @somethingbykate. Mám pocit, že jsem s články s rekapitulací skončila někdy v květnu. V tomhle období se toho dělo šíleně moc. Po pracovní stránce jsme pořádali Kvíz Kemp (video), který jsem z velké části organizovala právě já. Do toho bylo u nás v rodině několik oslav narozenin (fotky nemám), chodili jsme na golf, byli jsme na několika svatbách a chodili na ohňostroje od Ignis Brunensis, které byli tak trochu součástí naší práce. + abych nezapomněla, byli jsme pár dní v Itálii a Švýcarsku.

I honestly have no idea when I last published this article and I'm too lazy to search for it in my blogger editor. THAT'S why it may happen that you already know some information from me and you've seen the photos - probably those anyway, if you also follow me on my instagram @somethingbykate. I feel like I finished the recap articles sometime in May. There was an insane amount going on during this period. On the work side, we organized the Quiz Camp (video), which was largely organized by me. In addition, there were several birthday parties in our family (I don't have photos), we went golfing, we were at several weddings and we went to fireworks from Ignis Brunensis, which were kind of part of our work. + lest I forget, we were in Italy and Switzerland for a few days.

Ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung, wann ich diesen Artikel zuletzt veröffentlicht habe, und ich bin zu faul, ihn in meinem Blogger-Editor zu suchen. DESHALB kann es passieren, dass du schon einige Informationen von mir kennst und die Fotos gesehen hast - wahrscheinlich sowieso, wenn du mir auch auf meinem Instagram @somethingbykate folgst. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich die Zusammenfassungsartikel irgendwann im Mai fertiggestellt habe. In dieser Zeit war wahnsinnig viel los. Auf der Arbeit haben wir das Quiz Camp (Video) organisiert, das maßgeblich von mir organisiert wurde. Außerdem gab es mehrere Geburtstagsfeiern in unserer Familie (ich habe keine Fotos), wir waren Golfen, wir waren auf mehreren Hochzeiten und wir gingen zu Feuerwerken von Ignis Brunensis, die sozusagen Teil unserer Arbeit waren. + Damit ich es nicht vergesse, wir waren ein paar Tage in Italien und der Schweiz.

Říjnové focení/ October photoshooting

Po delší době jsem si našla čas na focení a setkala se s Oldřichem. Společně jsem vyrazili objevovat tajuplná místa, ze kterých vyzařuje ten pravý podzim. Cesta nás dovedla k Vodním domkům v Rudíkově. Celé místo vyzařuje něčím nepopsatelným. Menší rybníček s listnatými stromy kolem, dvě dřevěné chatky a mola s loďkou. Nádhera. Přesně, jak to znám z některých amerických filmů. Sebou jsem si vzala hned několik mých oblíbených outfitů, které jsem již nějakou dobu chtěla nafotit.

V dnešním článku vám představím outfit číslo 1, který jsem vytvořila z mých oblíbených jeansů, které mám z Primarku, teploučké hnědé mikiny v kombinaci s bílými prvky, barevnou podzimní šálu, čelenku, koženkovou bundu, která je pro mě teď téměř každodenním podzimním společníkem. Brýle s nádechem retra jsem odkoupila od ségry a i když jsou mi volnější, jsou mým velice oblíbeným kouskem z doplňků. Jak se vám líbí fotky? 

Víkend v Praze/ Weekend in Prague/ Wochenende in Prag 10/22

Konečně jsem se dočkala!!! Od svých 14 let sním o tom, že uvidím některou z mých oblíbených zahraničních skupin na živo. První z nich byli kluci ze Simple Plan a SUM 41. Pravděpodobně pokud budete můj ročník narození, vás neminulo období, kdy tyto skupiny byly na vrcholu a vydávaly jeden hit za druhým. A Plani byli moji topovkou, společně s Avril Lavigne. Lístek na koncert jsem si nadělila doodatečně k narozeninám, za necelých 1000 korun. Koncert se konal ve Fortuna areně a byl úžasný.

Probably, if you were born in my year, you did not miss the period when these groups were at the top and released one hit after another. And Plani was my top, along with Avril Lavigne. I bought a ticket for the concert in advance for my birthday, for less than 1000 crowns. The concert took place in the Fortuna arena and was amazing. 

 

Endlich habe ich es!!! Seit ich 14 bin, träume ich davon, einige meiner ausländischen Lieblingsbands live zu sehen. Die ersten von ihnen waren die Jungs von Simple Plan und SUM 41. Wenn Sie in meinem Jahr geboren sind, haben Sie wahrscheinlich die Zeit nicht verpasst, als diese Gruppen an der Spitze standen und einen Hit nach dem anderen veröffentlichten. Und Plani war mein Top, zusammen mit Avril Lavigne. Ich habe zu meinem Geburtstag im Voraus eine Eintrittskarte für das Konzert gekauft, für weniger als 1000 Kronen. Das Konzert fand in der Fortuna Arena statt und war unglaublich.
