Po příjezdu zpět do Bergama jsme si zašly nakoupit jídlo do bytu a poté jsme se vydaly do starého města v Bergamu - Citta Alta

After arriving back in Bergamo, we went to buy food for the apartment and then we went to the old town of Bergamo - Citta Alta

Do staré části vedou dvě trasy, pěší a ta druhá lanovkou. Jelikož bylo pozdě a na další den jsme měly v plánu jet hodně brzy k moři, zvolily jsme kolejovou lanovku a udělaly jsme rozhodně dobře. Byl to zážitek. Z kolejové lanovky je krásný výhled na celé nové město Bergamo.

There are two trails leading into the old part one for pedestrian one and the other by a cable car. Since it was late and the next day we planned to go very early to the sea, we chose cable car and we  did good. It was an experience. From the cable car  is a beautiful view of the whole new city of Bergamo.

Staré město bylo proti tomu novému zcela něco jiného, spousta podniků a dokonce i zmrzlin a různých obchodů otevřených do noci a to vše v prostředí krásných budov a náměstíček. Bohužel ve večerních hodinách byly veškeré chrámy, kostely a podobně zavřené, ale ani to nám nezkazilo dojem z této části města.

The old town was completely different from the new one, lots of businesses and even ice creams and various shops open into the night, all set in beautiful buildings and squares. Unfortunately, in the evening all temples, churches and similarly closed, but  that did not out spoil the impression from this part of the city.

Ve staré části jsme se několikrát vyfotily a usedly do jedné z mnoha restaurací, kde jsme si daly drinky a navíc jsme dostaly pár pochutin jako malou pozornost. Zpět jsme jely také lanovkou.

In the old part, we took a few pictures and sat down in one of the many restaurants where we had drinks and in addition we got a snacks as little surprise. We went back to home by cable car too.
