Must have pro nehty - whitener & stronger

Nejsem si jistá, jestli jste někdy postřehly, že značka Essence nabízí ve svém sortimentu lak na nehty s názvem Whitener a lak na nehty stronger. 

Abych vás uvedla do mé situace. Již několik let se mi nehty na rukou vrství. Snažím se jíst zdravě, mám pohyb, jím nejrůznější doplňky stravy. Zkoušela jsem nehty nelakovat. Zastříhávám je a brousím pravidelně a nic nepomáhá… Ani lékárník mi nezvládl poradit s mým problémem.  Jsem si vědoma, že asi existují někde specialisté na tuto problematiku, ale zkouším si poradit za dostupných podmínek. 

I'm not sure if you've ever noticed that the Essence brand offers a range of nail polish called Whitener and stronger nail polish in its range.

To introduce you to my situation. My nails on my hand have been layered for several years. I try to eat healthy, I do sport, I eat all kinds of dietary supplements. I tried not use polishes on my nails. I trim them and grind them regularly and nothing helps… Even the pharmacist did not manage to solve my problem. I am aware that there are probably specialists in this area somewhere, but I try to get help under the available conditions.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Sie jemals bemerkt haben, dass die Marke Essence eine Reihe von Nagellacken namens Whitener und stärkeren Nagellack in ihrem Sortiment anbietet.

Um Ihnen meine Situation vorzustellen. Meine Nägel an meiner Hand sind seit mehreren Jahren geschichtet. Ich versuche mich gesund zu ernähren, ich mache Sport, ich esse alle Arten von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln. Ich habe versucht, keine Lacke auf meinen Nägeln zu verwenden. Ich schneide und mahle sie regelmäßig und nichts hilft… Auch der Apotheker hat es nicht geschafft, mein Problem zu lösen. Mir ist bewusst, dass es auf diesem Gebiet wahrscheinlich irgendwo Spezialisten gibt, aber ich versuche, unter den gegebenen Bedingungen Hilfe zu bekommen.

Nebudete mi to věřit, ale tento článek mám v hlavě už přes rok.  Pro ostřílené blogery asi nebudou mé tipy žádnou novinkou, nicméně začínajícím blogerům mohou pomoci. 

1. NASTAVENÍ A ROZVRŽENÍ

V nastavení naleznete úplné začátky a znám tři možnosti, jakým způsobem nastavit šablonu. 1. Vybrat v nabídce šablon a nechat ji být. 2. Vybrat si v nabídce šablon a přizpůsobit si parametry písma, orámování oken a podobně. 3. Nějakým doposud mně neznámým způsobem vložit si vlastní šablonu. 

Rozvržení souvisí s nastavením, kdy si můžete přidávat jednotlivé gadgety do šablony, které nabízí Google. Ideální pro možnost sledování, co já osobně postrádám u začínajících blogerů je gadget GFC (Google followers). Také si můžete přidat zápatí stránky a vkládat přes některé gadgety HTML kódy - odkazy na bannery, nebo vlastní kódy na nějaké obrázky, reklamy, stránky a podobně...

In the settings you will find the complete beginnings and I know three options how to set up the template. 1. Select in the template menu and let it be. 2. In some way unknown to me, insert your own template.The layout is related to the setting where you can add individual gadgets to the template provided by google. The GFC gadget (google followers) .You can also add footers and paste HTML codes via some gadgets - links to banners, or custom codes to some images, ads, pages and the like ...

1. EINSTELLUNGEN UND LAYOUT

In den Einstellungen findet man die kompletten Anfänge und ich kenne drei Möglichkeiten, wie man die Vorlage einrichtet. 1. Wählen Sie im Vorlagenmenü und lassen Sie es sein. 2. Wählen Sie im Vorlagenmenü und passen Sie die Schriftparameter, Fensterränder und dergleichen an. 3. Fügen Sie auf eine mir unbekannte Weise Ihre eigene Vorlage ein.

Das Layout hängt mit der Einstellung zusammen, in der Sie der von Google bereitgestellten Vorlage einzelne Gadgets hinzufügen können. Das GFC-Gadget (Google Follower). Sie können über einige Gadgets auch Fußzeilen hinzufügen und HTML-Codes einfügen - Links zu Bannern oder benutzerdefinierte Codes zu einigen Bildern, Anzeigen, Seiten und dergleichen ...

Amfiteátr/Amphitheater photo shooting

Kdo byl někdy v Jihlavě určitě zná oblast zvanou a připomínající Amfiteátr. Místo, kde se již mnoho let pořádají festivaly a venkovní koncerty. Oblast uprostřed města a zároveň v přírodě u téměř přilehlé zoologické zahrady. A právě zde probíhalo moje další módní focení. Tentokrát jsem navázala spolupráci s fotografem z Chotěboře, který se zaměřuje na focení koncertů, festivalů, párové focení, těhotenské focení, portrétové a další. 

Anyone who has ever been to Jihlava certainly knows an area called and reminiscent of the Amphitheater. A place where festivals and outdoor concerts have been held for many years. An area in the middle of the city and at the same time in nature near the almost adjacent zoo. And this is where my next fashion photo shoot took place. This time I established cooperation with a photographer from Chotěboř, who focuses on photographing concerts, festivals, couple photography, pregnancy photography, portrait photography and more. 

Jeder, der schon einmal in Jihlava war, kennt sicherlich eine Gegend, die Amphitheater heißt und an sie erinnert. Ein Ort, an dem seit vielen Jahren Festivals und Open-Air-Konzerte stattfinden. Ein Areal mitten in der Stadt und gleichzeitig in der Natur in der Nähe des fast angrenzenden Zoos. Und hier fand mein nächstes Fashion-Fotoshooting statt. Diesmal habe ich eine Zusammenarbeit mit einem Fotografen aus Chotěboř aufgebaut, der sich auf das Fotografieren von Konzerten, Festivals, Paarfotografie, Schwangerschaftsfotografie, Portraitfotografie und mehr spezialisiert hat.
