Moje ranní rutina péče o pleť se dělí mezi péči doma u našich a péči, kterou mám u přítele. V Brně běžně používám po ránu kosmetiku CERAVE, kterou mám z Elnino. Začnu opláchnutím obličeje vlažnou vodou a nanesením čistícího gelu, který buď vmasíruji do obličeje prsty a nebo čistící kartáčkem od Braunu, záleží jak moc mám čas, obličej umyji a otřu do čistého ručníku/ žínky. Poté nanesu gel na akné a sáhnu po krému, který mám zrovna po ruce, buď Nivea, nebo heřmánkový krém, či jiný.
My morning skin care routine is split between my home care and my my care when I am at my boyfriend´s flat. In Brno, I normally use CERAVE cosmetics in the morning, which I have from Elnino. I start by rinsing my face with lukewarm water and applying a cleansing gel, which I either massage into my face with my fingers or with a Braun cleansing brush, depending on how much time I have, I wash my face and wipe it with a clean towel/cloth. Then I apply the acne gel and reach for the cream I have on hand, either Nivea or chamomile cream or whatever.
Meine morgendliche Hautpflegeroutine ist aufgeteilt in meine Pflege zu Hause und meine Pflege, wenn ich in der Wohnung meines Freundes bin. In Brünn benutze ich normalerweise morgens die Kosmetik CERAVE, die ich von Elnino habe. Ich spüle zunächst mein Gesicht mit lauwarmem Wasser ab und trage ein Reinigungsgel auf, das ich entweder mit den Fingern oder mit einer Braun Reinigungsbürste in mein Gesicht einmassiere, je nachdem, wie viel Zeit ich habe, wasche ich mein Gesicht und wische es mit einem sauberen ab Handtuch/Tuch. Dann trage ich das Akne-Gel auf und greife nach der Creme, die ich zur Hand habe, entweder Nivea- oder Kamillencreme oder was auch immer.
