Pro dobrý pocit a zdravý chrup/ For a good feeling and healthy teeth

Musím se přiznat, jako dospívající mladá dívka jsem o své zuby příliš nejevila zájem, ne že bych je nečistila, ale pravidelnost byla pro mě krizovým bodem číslo jedna. A tak se mé zoubky začaly kazit.... cca do 14 let jsem "hrdě" získala několik dírek a účastnila se několika oprav. Jako velké plus k mé lenosti přibyl i fakt, že údajně mám dědičnou vysokou kazivost zubů a slabou sklovinu, ehm... Takové zjištění potěší, v době, kdy konečně dospějete a chcete mít krásné zuby a bělení se máte velkým obloukem vyhýbat. Postupně jsem si našla alternativy a i pro mě "nebezpečný" fluor v pastě mé zuby krásně zvládnou. Celá finta procesu krásnějšího chrupu spočívá v bělícím gelu a kombinaci s LED SVĚTLEM, navíc nepoužívá peroxid. Der ganze Trick des Prozesses für schönere Zähne liegt im Bleaching-Gel und der Kombination mit LED-LICHT, außerdem wird kein Peroxid verwendet. Und für diejenigen, die gezielt nach Produkten suchen, die nicht an Tieren getestet wurden, habe ich tolle Neuigkeiten: Das Produkt ist tierversuchsfrei.

Und wie funktioniert der gesamte Prozess? Sie tragen das Gel auf den Applikator auf, schalten das Gerät ein und lassen es 10 Minuten einwirken. Um dabei erfolgreich zu sein, ist es notwendig, die Anwendung regelmäßig über 6 Tage zu wiederholen. Ehrlich gesagt, ich wiederhole es dreimal pro Woche und sehe immer noch einen kleinen Unterschied. Abych bělení ještě více podpořila, objednala jsem si zubní pastu Biomed Superwhite, 97% přírodní pastu v kombinaci z výtažků z kokosového oleje a výtažků ze skořice, která navíc podrážděné dásně zklidňuje. Dlouhodobě kokosový olej používám a čtu o něm, jaké blahodárné účinky má. Jasně že nemá 100% bělící efekt jako chemická kosmetika. Pro všechny, které mají rádi šetrnější péči, moc doporučuji. Navíc i chuťově je pasta moc dobrá.

To further promote whitening, I ordered Biomed Superwhite toothpaste, a 97% natural paste with a combination of coconut oil extracts and cinnamon extracts, which also soothes irritated gums. I have been using coconut oil for a long time and read about its beneficial effects. Of course, it does not have a 100% whitening effect like chemical cosmetics. I highly recommend it to everyone who likes gentler care. In addition, the taste of the paste is very good. 

Um die Aufhellung noch weiter zu fördern, bestellte ich Biomed Superwhite Zahnpasta, eine zu 97 % natürliche Paste mit einer Kombination aus Kokosnussöl- und Zimtextrakten, die auch gereiztes Zahnfleisch lindert. Ich verwende Kokosnussöl schon seit langem und habe über seine wohltuende Wirkung gelesen. Natürlich hat es keine 100-prozentige aufhellende Wirkung wie chemische Kosmetika. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine sanftere Pflege mag. Zudem ist der Geschmack der Paste sehr gut. 

Himalaya Herbals Ajurvedská zubní pasta je 100% bylinná záležitost. Chrup čistí pomoci přírodního fluoru a proto není tak invazivní v péči. A proč jsem si ji objednala? Jednoduše, byla jsem zvědavá na složení granátového jablka a nimby a také mě zaujal název, vím, že ajurvédská léčba je jedna z nejstarších na světě a četla jsem, že dělá zázraky :) Jinak pasta je pocitově pálivější.

Die ayurvedische Zahnpasta von Himalaya Herbals besteht zu 100 % aus Kräutern. Es reinigt die Zähne mit Hilfe von natürlichem Fluor und ist daher nicht so aufwendig in der Pflege. Und warum habe ich es bestellt? Wir waren einfach neugierig auf die Zusammensetzung von Granatapfel und Nimba, und mich interessierte auch der Name, ich weiß, dass die ayurvedische Behandlung eine der ältesten der Welt ist und ich habe gelesen, dass sie Wunder wirkt :) Ansonsten fühlt sich die Paste mehr an Mentol.
