Co jsem jedla na dovolené/ What did I eat on vacation/ Was habe ich im Urlaub gegessen

Zdravím dnešní příspěvek bude spíše pro ty z vás,  kteří mají rádi food sekci na mém blogu. Většinou když někam jedu s přáteli, nebo přítelem do zahraničí, kombinujeme nákupy v obchodech s obědem nebo večeří v restauraci. Tím myslím místní speciality tradiční pro danou zemi s tím, co mám ráda a na co mám chuť. V přímořských oblastech nesmí chybět ryba a mořské plody. A právě to jsem si dopřála i na Lanzarote. Nejlepší ryba kterou jsem kdy měla byl v Chorvatsku žralok s hořčičnou omáčkou,  ale Mořský ďas na Kanárech se mu poměrně dost vyrovnal. Jedná se o delikátní rybu, téměř bez kostí.

 

Hello today will be more for those of you who like the food section of my blog. Usually when I go somewhere with friends or my boyfriend we combine shopping in stores with lunch or dinner in a restaurant. I usually try to combine local specialties traditional for the given country with what I like and what I feel like. In coastal areas, fish and seafood must not be missing. And that's exactly what I indulged in on Lanzarote. The best fish I ever had was shark with mustard sauce in Croatia, but the monkfish in the Canaries was quite a match. This is a delicate fish, almost boneless. 

 

Hallo, heute ist mehr für diejenigen unter euch, die den Food-Bereich meines Blogs mögen. Normalerweise, wenn ich mit Freunden oder meinem Freund irgendwo hin gehe, kombinieren wir den Einkauf in Geschäften mit einem Mittag- oder Abendessen in einem Restaurant. Meistens versuche ich lokale Spezialitäten, die für das jeweilige Land traditionell sind, mit dem zu kombinieren, was ich mag und worauf ich Lust habe. In Küstengebieten dürfen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte nicht fehlen. Und genau das habe ich mir auf Lanzarote gegönnt. Der beste Fisch, den ich je gegessen habe, war Hai mit Senfsauce in Kroatien, aber der Seeteufel auf den Kanaren war eine ziemliche Konkurrenz. Dies ist ein zarter Fisch, fast ohne Gräten.

 

 

LANZAROTE #3/2023

V posledním příspěvku vám chci ještě představit atypické zelené jezero, které má svoji barvu díky řasám, které žijí ve vysoké slanosti, u jezera leží rozsáhlá krásná černá pláž, kde jsme strávili odpoledne. 

In the last post, I want to introduce you to an atypical green lake, which has its color thanks to algae that live in high salinity, there is a large beautiful black beach near the lake, where we spent the afternoon.

Im letzten Beitrag möchte ich Ihnen einen untypischen grünen See vorstellen, der seine Farbe dank Algen hat, die in hohem Salzgehalt leben, es gibt einen großen schönen schwarzen Strand in der Nähe des Sees, an dem wir den Nachmittag verbracht haben.

 

Lanzarote #2/23

Jak už název napovídá, dnes mám pro vás pokračování příspěvku o Kanárech, konkrétně o Lanzarote, které jsme navštívili začátkem ledna. Nedávno jsem vám představila místo našeho ubytování, Calderu Blanca a pomoci fotek vám přiblížila vyhlídku na vlny a západ slunce. Dnes půjdeme trochu hlouběji a podrobněji ne jen do historie, ale i vulkanické jeskyně. Na ostrově Lanzarote máte možnost s bus tour projet oblast národního parku, kde došlo k poslednímu výbuchu sopek, protože je oblast chráněná a místy  jsou ještě aktivní teplá místa, je zakázáno zde chodit pěšky, nebo jezdit automobilem. U začátku tour na vás čeká restaurace, kde je ukázka toho, jaké teplo může země vydávat. 

As the title suggests, today I have a continuation of the post about the Canaries, specifically about Lanzarote, which we visited at the beginning of January. Recently, I introduced you to the place of our accommodation, Caldera Blanca, and with the help of photos I showed you the view of the waves and the sunset. Today we will go a little deeper and in more detail not only into history, but also into volcanic caves. On the island of Lanzarote, you have the opportunity to drive through the area of the national park where the last volcanic eruption took place with a bus tour, because the area is protected and there are still active hot spots, it is forbidden to walk here or drive a car. A restaurant awaits you at the start of the tour, where there is a demonstration of the heat the earth can emit. 

Wie der Titel schon sagt, habe ich heute eine Fortsetzung des Posts über die Kanaren, genauer gesagt über Lanzarote, das wir Anfang Januar besucht haben. Kürzlich habe ich euch den Ort unserer Unterkunft Caldera Blanca vorgestellt und euch anhand von Fotos den Blick auf die Wellen und den Sonnenuntergang gezeigt. Heute gehen wir etwas tiefer und detaillierter nicht nur in die Geschichte, sondern auch in vulkanische Höhlen. Auf der Insel Lanzarote haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit einer Bustour durch das Gebiet des Nationalparks zu fahren, in dem der letzte Vulkanausbruch stattfand, da das Gebiet unter Naturschutz steht und es noch aktive Hotspots gibt, ist das Gehen hier verboten oder Auto fahren. Zu Beginn der Tour erwartet Sie ein Restaurant, in dem die Wärme, die die Erde abgeben kann, demonstriert wird.
