Food diary 6/2021/ ESSENSTAGEBUCH

Krásný den, jak jsem slíbila, tak dnes mám pro vás pokračování inspirace na jídlo. Pokud mě sledujete na mém instagramu, pravděpodobně se jídla budou opakovat i zde. (Jen malinké upozornění) 

1. OBĚD - Čočkové kari, recept originálně z google, ale mnou změněný. Neměla jsem koriandr, použila jsem běžně cenově dostupnou rýži (levnější) a neměla jsem římský kmín a i tak jsem si pochutnala! Moc doporučuji.

1. LUNCH - Lentil curry, recipe originally from google, but changed by me. I didn't have coriander, I used commonly affordable rice (cheaper) and I didn't have special cumin, but it was tasty. I highly recommend.

1. LUNCH - Linsencurry, Rezept ursprünglich von Google, aber von mir geändert. Ich hatte keinen Koriander, ich verwendete allgemein erschwinglichen Reis (billiger) und ich hatte keinen speziellen Kreuzkümmel, aber es war lecker. Ich empfehle sehr.

NOVINKY / NEWS - NOTINO

Krásné pondělí, dnes jen ve zkratce. Minulý týden mi přišel menší balíček s objednávkou z Notina. Z Notina objednávám v případě, že už opravdu hoří a moje oblíbená kosmetika, kterou kupuji právě na tomto e-shopu už dochází. Tentokrát jsem uskutečnila objednávku kvůli vlasové masce Kallos, kterou jsem doposud v drogériích nezaznamenala. Maska Honey mi vyhovuje, stojí jen pár korun a vlasy udělá nádherné, hladké a vyživené. Kdo nezná Kallos, tak je to značka mám pocit, že z Maďarska? Je poměrně levná. Masky na Notinu stojí v malém balení cca od 30 do 40 korun. Nově jsem zkusila masku čokoláda, která mi trochu připomíná směs kokosu s čokoládou. Poté jsem objednala stálici bílou vazelinu od Ziaji. Dále jsem vzala miniaturku olivového šamponu a abych měla poštovné zdarma jsem koupila Uriage čistící gel, který mám obdobný už ve velkém balení a jsem spokojená. :)

Beautiful Monday, only briefly today. Last week I received a small package with an order from Notin. I order from Notino if I no longer have my favorite cosmetics. This time I made an order because of the Kallos hair mask, which I have never seen in drugstores. The Honey mask suits me, it costs only a few Czech crowns and makes the hair beautiful, smooth and nourished. Who doesn't know Kallos, so is this brand I feel from Hungary? It is relatively cheap. Masks for Notino cost in a small package from about 30 to 40 crowns (that is, euros, or euros and a half). I tried a mask with a chocolate scent, which reminds me a bit of a mixture of coconut and chocolate. Then I ordered my favorite white Vaseline from Ziaja. I also took a miniature olive shampoo and to have free shipping I bought Uriage cleansing gel, which I have similar in a large package and I am satisfied. :)

Schöner Montag, heute nur kurz. Letzte Woche habe ich ein kleines Paket mit einer Bestellung von Notino erhalten. Ich bestelle bei Notin, wenn ich meine Lieblingskosmetik nicht mehr habe. Diesmal habe ich wegen der Kallos-Haarmaske bestellt, die ich noch nie in Drogerien gesehen habe. Die Honigmaske passt zu mir, kostet nur ein paar tschechische Kronen und macht das Haar schön, glatt und gepflegt. Wer kennt Kallos nicht? Ist diese Marke aus Ungarn? Es ist relativ billig. Masken für Notino kosten in einem kleinen Paket etwa 30 bis 40 Kronen (dh Euro oder eineinhalb Euro). Ich habe eine Maske mit Schokoladenduft ausprobiert, die mich ein wenig an eine Mischung aus Kokosnuss und Schokolade erinnert. Dann bestellte ich meine weiße Lieblings-Vaseline bei Ziaja. Ich habe auch ein Miniatur-Olivenshampoo genommen und um kostenlosen Versand zu erhalten, habe ich Uriage-Reinigungsgel gekauft, das ich in einer großen Packung ähnlich habe und ich bin zufrieden. :) :)

BŘEZEN / MARCH/ MÄRZ 2021

Hezké pondělí. Jaký jste měli víkend? Já jsem ráda, že už je za námi a konečně začne lehké uvolňování, už mi v jisté míře chybí normální život. Nicméně dnes bych vám chtěla napsat pár slov o mém měsíci v tvrdém lockdownu. 

Cestování zakázáno, mimo okres zakázáno, obchody zavřené, venku se střídalo počasí jako na běžícím páse, já bez zaměstnání, doma... s přáteli vídat se zakázáno, s rodinou také. I přesto, že bylo zážitků daleko méně, březen utekl jako voda. Navázala jsem spolupráci s několika firmami, za což jsem moc ráda. Hodně jsem cvičila, vařila, pekla a začala se rozvíjet více v sociální sféře. Byla jsem na přehradě na bruslích a také na kole (ale foto můžete vidět spíše na mém instagramu). A hnula jsem si s krkem, takže jsem měla pobíhání po doktorech. Také proběhlo několik návštěv "restaurací a kaváren", ale už je moc nefotím. 

Have a nice Monday. How was your weekend? I'm glad he's behind us and finally the slight release begins, I already lack a normal life to a certain extent. However, today I would like to write you a few words about my month in a hard lockdown.

Travel forbidden, outside the district forbidden, shops closed, the weather alternated outside, me without a job, at home ... seeing with friends forbidden, with family too. But March ran away like water. I have established cooperation with several companies, for which I am very happy. I did a lot of sport, cooked, backed and started to develop more in the social sphere. I was on the dam on inline skates and also on a bike (but you can see more photos on my instagram). And I had problems with my neck, so I started visit  the doctors. There were also several visits to "restaurants and cafes", but I don't take much pictures of food and drinks.

Hab einen schönen Montag. Wie war dein Wochenende? Ich bin froh, dass er hinter uns ist und endlich beginnt die leichte Befreiung, mir fehlt bis zu einem gewissen Grad schon ein normales Leben. Heute möchte ich Ihnen jedoch ein paar Worte über meinen Monat in einem harten Lockdown schreiben.

Reisen verboten, außerhalb des Bezirks verboten, Geschäfte geschlossen, das Wetter draußen gewechselt, ich ohne Arbeit, zu Hause ... mit Freunden verboten, auch mit der Familie. Aber der März lief weg wie Wasser. Ich habe eine Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Unternehmen aufgebaut, über die ich mich sehr freue. Ich habe viel Sport gemacht, gekocht, unterstützt und mich im sozialen Bereich weiterentwickelt. Ich war auf Inlineskates und auch auf einem Fahrrad auf dem Damm (aber Sie können mehr Fotos auf meinem Instagram sehen). Und ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Nacken, also fing ich an, die Ärzte aufzusuchen. Es gab auch mehrere Besuche in "Restaurants und Cafés", aber ich mache nicht viele Fotos von Essen und Getränken.
