Houbová sezóna na Dolní Moravě/ Mushroom season in Lower Moravia/ Pilzsaison in Niedermähren

Je to asi měsíc zpět, co přítel dostal skvělý nápad vyvézt mě, sebe, dítko a babičku na víkend na chalupu na hory. V plánu byly převážně houby a procházky. Původně jsme měli jet do Beskyd, ale jelikož přítel dostal pracovní nabídku na Dolní Moravě, nakonec jsme jeli tam a bylo to super. Přijeli jsme v pátek 7. října odpoledne a večer zašli na houbaření s baterkou. I přes tmu jsme našli poměrně dost hub. Druhý den ráno se houbaření opakovalo, tentokrát úroda byla o něco více bohatější. 

It's about a month ago that a friend had the brilliant idea to take me, myself, the child and grandma to a cottage in the mountains for the weekend. The plan was mostly mushrooms and walks. We were originally supposed to go to the Beskydy Mountains, but since a friend got a job offer in Lower Moravia, we ended up going there and it was great. We arrived on Friday, October 7 in the afternoon and in the evening went mushroom picking with a flashlight. Despite the darkness, we found quite a few mushrooms. The next morning the mushrooming was repeated, this time the harvest was a little more abundant.

Vor etwa einem Monat hatte eine Freundin die geniale Idee, mich, mich, das Kind und die Oma übers Wochenende in eine Hütte in den Bergen zu fahren. Der Plan war hauptsächlich Pilze und Spaziergänge. Ursprünglich sollten wir in die Beskiden fahren, aber da ein Freund ein Jobangebot in Untermähren bekam, sind wir dort gelandet und es war großartig. Wir kamen am Freitag, den 7. Oktober nachmittags an und gingen abends mit Taschenlampe Pilze sammeln. Trotz der Dunkelheit fanden wir einige Pilze. Am nächsten Morgen wurde das Pilzesammeln wiederholt, diesmal war die Ernte etwas üppiger.

Díky přítelovým známostem a jeho práci, jsme se v neděli projeli lanovkou, naskytly se nám nádherné pohledy ze Stezky v oblacích, či nebeského mostu. Celý výhled navíc byl lepší o to, že bylo pravé babí léto, sluníčko a barevná krajina na obzoru. 

Thanks to my friend's acquaintances and his work, we took a cable car ride on Sunday, we had wonderful views from the Trail in the Clouds or the Sky Bridge. In addition, the whole view was better because it was a real fall summer, sunshine and a colorful landscape on the horizon.

Dank der Bekannten meines Freundes und seiner Arbeit haben wir am Sonntag eine Seilbahnfahrt gemacht, wir hatten wunderbare Aussichten vom Trail in the Clouds oder der Sky Bridge. Außerdem war die ganze Aussicht besser, weil es ein echter Sommer war, Sonnenschein und eine bunte Landschaft am Horizont.

Ubytování jsme byli v apartmánu s výhledem na sjezdovku. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, nicméně nejsem nadšenec "dřevěných" vrzajících postelí a schodů, už jako malá jsem s tímto typem ubytování měla problém a raději byla ve zděných místnostech, kde se tolik nerozléhal hluk. Když už zmiňuji mínusy, musím zmínit i velký plus, což byli velice ochotní a milí majitelé domečku, kteří nám dokonce doporučili, kde najdeme pravé hřibové potěšení.

 

We stayed in an apartment with a view of the slope. The accommodation was very nice, however, I am not a fan of "wooden" creaking beds and stairs, I had a problem with this type of accommodation as a child and preferred to be in brick rooms, where the noise did not reverberate so much. When I mention the minuses, I also have to mention a big plus, which was the very willing and nice owners of the house, who even recommended us where to find real mushroom delights.

 

Wir waren in einer Wohnung mit Blick auf die Piste. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, allerdings bin ich kein Fan von "hölzernen" knarrenden Betten und Treppen, hatte als Kind ein Problem mit dieser Art der Unterkunft und war lieber in gemauerten Räumen, wo der Lärm nicht so stark nachhallte . Wenn ich die Minuspunkte erwähne, muss ich auch ein großes Plus erwähnen, nämlich die sehr bereitwilligen und netten Besitzer des Hauses, die uns sogar empfohlen haben, wo wir echte Pilzfreuden finden können.

 

SRPNOVÉ NAROZENINY/ August birthday/ August Geburtstag

Moje narozeniny byly krásné, ale hektické. Během roku se mi život změnil v dobrodružství. Přítel, tak trochu přebývání v Brně, přítelovo dítko a rozdělení času mezi práci, koníčky, přátelé a rodinu, která je mimo Brno... V tomhle duchu se nesly i oslavy. S kamarády v restauraci, na pivě, v kině a s rodinou, přítelem a malým doma u našich, kam jsem pozvala jako každý rok i babičku. Tentokrát jsem se nenechala rozmazlovat a přiložila jsem ruku k dílu při úklidu a vaření slavnostního oběda. Jelikož žádné záběry z oslav nemám, ráda bych se chtěla "pochlubit" a ještě jednou veřejně poděkovat všem za dárečky a za to, že byli součástí mých 29. narozenin. 

My birthday was beautiful but hectic. During the year, my life turned into an adventure. A friend, a little bit of living in Brno, a friend's child and dividing time between work, hobbies, friends and family that is outside of Brno... The celebrations were also in this spirit. With friends at a restaurant, for beer, at the cinema and with family, a friend and a little one at our house, where I invited my grandmother as every year. This time I didn't allow myself to be spoiled and put my hand to the work of cleaning and cooking the celebratory lunch. Since I don't have any footage from the celebrations, I would like to "show off" and once again publicly thank everyone for the gifts and for being part of my 29th birthday.

Mein Geburtstag war schön, aber hektisch. Im Laufe des Jahres wurde mein Leben zu einem Abenteuer. Ein Freund, ein bisschen Leben in Brünn, das Kind eines Freundes und die Aufteilung der Zeit zwischen Arbeit, Hobbys, Freunden und Familie außerhalb von Brünn... In diesem Sinne wurde auch gefeiert. Mit Freunden im Restaurant, zum Bier, im Kino und mit der Familie, einer Freundin und einem Kleinen bei uns zu Hause, wo ich wie jedes Jahr meine Oma eingeladen habe. Diesmal ließ ich mich nicht verderben und packte selbst Hand an, um das festliche Mittagessen zu putzen und zu kochen. Da ich kein Bildmaterial von den Feierlichkeiten habe, möchte ich mich hiermit „angeben“ und mich noch einmal öffentlich bei allen für die Geschenke und die Teilnahme an meinem 29. Geburtstag bedanken.

Nedávno jsem díky blogerské soutěži u Econea, získala možnost vybrat si několik produktů zcela zdarma. I když e-shop nabízí například eco čistící prostředky, mé ruce sáhly po přírodní kosmetice, kterou jsem chtěla už nějakou tu dobu vyzkoušet. Rostlinný olej mokřadový mě zaujal kvůli popisku, že se nezkazí a jeho vůně není nijak výrazná. Pleť promastí a zároveň ji nezatěžuje. Produkt vřele doporučuji. A jaké jsou vaše kosmetické novinky?

Recently, thanks to a blogging contest at Econea, I got the opportunity to choose several products completely free of charge. Even though the e-shop offers, for example, eco cleaning products, my hands reached for natural cosmetics, which I wanted to try for some time. Wetland vegetable oil caught my attention because of the label saying that it does not spoil and that its smell is not particularly strong. Kürzlich hatte ich dank eines Blogging-Wettbewerbs bei Econea die Möglichkeit, mehrere Produkte völlig kostenlos auszuwählen. Obwohl der E-Shop zum Beispiel Öko-Reinigungsprodukte anbietet, griffen meine Hände nach Naturkosmetik, die ich schon länger ausprobieren wollte. Feuchtgebiets-Pflanzenöl erregte meine Aufmerksamkeit wegen des Etiketts, das besagt, dass es nicht verdirbt und dass sein Geruch nicht besonders stark ist. Es schmiert die Haut und belastet sie gleichzeitig in keiner Weise. Ich kann das Produkt sehr empfehlen, Was sind deine Beauty-News?

 

Havířovské slavnosti, Baník, Serial Killer- festivals

Čím jsou tyto akce propojené? Je to snadné! Má práce byla jejich součástí. Společně s týmem Chytrého kvízu jsme se vydali již na několikátý ročník Havířovských slavností. Přes pracovně úspěšný pátek, skvělou hudbu v podání Bastile a Gotthard jsme se dostali k méně šťastné sobotě. Dne, kdy vše vypadalo tak sluníčkově a nadějně. Lidi se veselili, hudba hrála, na stánku jsme měli plno. Všichni chtěli  kvízovat  až do chvíle, než se stala tragédie... Hasiči, sanitky, policie, ten den změnil život hodně lidem a já byla téměř u toho... Možná jste viděli záznamy v televizi, nebo četli zprávy v novinách. 

How are these actions connected? It's easy! My work was part of them. Together with the Smart Quiz team, we went to the another annual Havířovské festivities. Despite a successful Friday at work, great music by Bastile and Gotthard, we got to a less happy Saturday. A day when everything looked so sunny and hopeful. People were having fun, music was playing, and the booth was full. Everyone wanted to quiz until the tragedy happened... Firefighters, ambulances, police, that day changed a lot of people's lives and I was almost there... You may have seen the footage on TV or read the news in the newspaper. 

Wie hängen diese Aktionen zusammen? Es ist einfach! Meine Arbeit war ein Teil davon. Zusammen mit dem Team von Smart Quiz gingen wir zu den weiteren jährlichen Havířovské-Feierlichkeiten. Trotz eines erfolgreichen Freitags bei der Arbeit, großartiger Musik von Bastile und Gotthard, kam es zu einem weniger glücklichen Samstag. Ein Tag, an dem alles so sonnig und hoffnungsvoll aussah. Die Leute hatten Spaß, es lief Musik und der Stand war voll. Jeder wollte ein Quiz machen, bis die Tragödie passierte ... Feuerwehrleute, Krankenwagen, Polizei, dieser Tag veränderte das Leben vieler Menschen und ich war fast da ... Sie haben vielleicht die Aufnahmen im Fernsehen gesehen oder die Nachrichten in der Zeitung gelesen.

Podzim v Rakousku/Autumn in Austria/ Herbst in Österreich #3

Již třetím rokem jsem na podzim svolala partu lidí a vyrazili jsme do Alp. Abych byla přesnější, pro tentokrát jsme byli pouze 3. Přátelé měli na víkend již jiné plány a mě a příteli se další termín moc nehodil. Rakousko jsem si v hlavě plánovala asi měsíc a 14 předem jsem dala vše do chodu. Koupila jsem ubytování přes booking.com v oblasti Ausseerland, což je kousek od Hallstattu a zároveň od Dachsteinu. 

For the third year already, I called a group of people in the fall and we went to the Alps. To be more precise, for this time there were only 3 of us. Friends already had other plans for the weekend. I planned Austria in my head for about a month and 14 days in advance I set everything in motion. I bought accommodation through booking.com in the Auseerlland area, which is not far from Hallstatt and at the same time from Dachstein. . 

Bereits im dritten Jahr habe ich im Herbst eine Gruppe von Leuten angerufen und wir sind in die Alpen gefahren. Genauer gesagt waren wir diesmal nur zu dritt. Freunde hatten schon andere Pläne für das Wochenende. Ich habe Österreich etwa einen Monat im Kopf geplant und 14 Tage im Voraus alles in die Wege geleitet. Ich habe eine Unterkunft über Booking im Auseerlland gekauft, das nicht weit von Hallstatt und gleichzeitig von Dachstein entfernt ist. .

SÉRIE RTĚNEK DERMACOL

Několik měsíců zpět jsem obdržela na základě spolupráce balíček od Elnino s 16 H rtěnkami od Dermacolu. Všechny produkty jsem s radostí představila na mém Instagramu a na blog se už nedostaly... Nicméně řekla jsem si, že tyto rtěnky jsou stále aktuální, stále je nosím a jsem jejich hrdou majitelkou a rozhodně vás o ně nechci ochudit zde. 

A few months back, I received a package from Elnino with 16 H lipsticks from Dermacol based on a collaboration. I happily featured all the products on my Instagram and they didn't make it to the blog... However, I thing that these lipsticks are still relevant, I still wear them and am a proud owner of them. 

Vor ein paar Monaten erhielt ich ein Paket von Elnino mit 16 H-Lippenstiften von Dermacol, basierend auf einer Zusammenarbeit. Ich habe alle Produkte gerne auf meinem Instagram vorgestellt und sie haben es nicht in den Blog geschafft ... Ich denke jedoch, dass diese Lippenstifte immer noch relevant sind, ich trage sie immer noch und bin stolzer Besitzer von ihnen.

Aby jste měli obraz mých nákupů ucelený, rozhodla jsem se další příspěvek přidat co možno nejdříve po prvním. Tílko, které vidíte na obrázku mě zaujalo jeho lehkostí a motivem. S jeans kraťasy vypadá asi nejlépe.

I když nejsem na blogu moc aktivní, u nakupování oblečení tohle rozhodně neplatí. Během roku, co jsem nepřidávala tento typ příspěvků, jsem nashromáždila několik nových věcí ze secondhandu, ale i z jiných obchodů. Dnes vám ukážu několik z nich modrá sukně s květinovým motivem ideální k tílku na jaro/ léto.

Even though I'm not very active on the blog, this is definitely not the case when it comes to shopping for clothes. During the year that I haven't made this type of post, I've accumulated a few new things from secondhand, but also from other shops. Today I will show you a few of them, a blue skirt with a floral motif, ideal for a tank top for spring/summer. 

Auch wenn ich auf dem Blog nicht sehr aktiv bin, ist das beim Klamottenkauf definitiv nicht der Fall. In dem Jahr, in dem ich diese Art von Post nicht gemacht habe, habe ich ein paar neue Sachen aus Secondhand, aber auch aus anderen Geschäften angesammelt. BULHARSKO LÉTO/ BULGARIA SUMMER/ BULGARIEN SOMMER #4

Vítám vás po delší odmlce. I když nás léto opustilo, ráda bych ještě navázala na poslední článek o Bulharsku. Po pěti denním cestování přišel pobyt u pláže. Přítel pro náš relax vybral přes booking hotel Golden Ina. Dle popisku se hotel pyšnil výhledem na moře, na pláž, dobrým jídlem a ubytováním. Ano měl i několik méně pozitivních recenzí, ale převládaly ty dobré. Bohužel zde jsme hodně narazili. Už od počátku bylo vše špatně, dokonce i personál si stěžoval. 

I welcome you after a long break. Even though summer has left us, I would still like to follow up on the last article about Bulgaria. After five days of travel came a stay at the beach. A friend chose the Golden Ina hotel through booking.com for our relaxation. According to the reviews, the hotel boasted a view of the sea, the beach, good food and accommodation. Yes, it had a few less positive reviews, but the good ones prevailed. Unfortunately, we were dissapointed. Everything was bad from the beginning, even the staff complained. 

Ich begrüße Sie nach einer langen Pause. Auch wenn der Sommer uns verlassen hat, möchte ich dennoch an den letzten Artikel über Bulgarien anknüpfen. Nach fünf Reisetagen kam ein Aufenthalt am Strand. Ein Freund wählte das Golden Ina Hotel über booking.com für unsere Entspannung. Laut den Bewertungen rühmte sich das Hotel mit Blick auf das Meer, den Strand, gutes Essen und Unterkunft. Ja, es hatte ein paar weniger positive Bewertungen, aber die guten überwogen. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Alles war von Anfang an schlecht, sogar das Personal hat sich beschwert.

BULHARSKO LÉTO/ BULGARIA SUMMER/ BULGARIEN SOMMER #3

Z města Shipka a přilehlých památníků jsme se přesunuli přes skanzen -Ethno village Etar (bohužel jsme nenavštívili) a přes předraženou klobásu do města Veliko Tarnovo, které kdysi dávno bývalo hlavním městem Bulharska. Prošli jsme si město, projeli úzké uličky, viděli památník a prošli zbytky starého historického města Tsarevets Fortress. Odsud jsme k večeru odjížděli směr ubytování v Burgasu. From the town of Shipka and the adjacent monuments, we moved through the open-air museum - Ethno village Etar (unfortunately, we did not visit) and through an overpriced sausage to the town of Veliko Tarnovo, which used to be the capital of Bulgaria.We walked around the city, passed through the narrow streets, saw the monument and walked through the remains of the old historical city of Tsarevets Fortress. From here we left in the evening towards the accommodation in Burgas. (Again via booking.com) 

Von der Stadt Schipka und den angrenzenden Denkmälern zogen wir durch das Freilichtmuseum - Ethnodorf Etar (das wir leider nicht besucht haben) und durch eine überteuerte Wurst in die Stadt Veliko Tarnovo, die früher die Hauptstadt Bulgariens war .Wir gingen um die Stadt herum, gingen durch die engen Gassen, sahen das Denkmal und gingen durch die Überreste der alten historischen Stadt Tsarevets Fortress. Von hier aus brachen wir am Abend in Richtung der Unterkunft in Burgas auf. (Wieder über booking.com)

BULHARSKO LÉTO/ BULGARIA SUMMER/ BULGARIEN SOMMER #2

Tsarevo jsme prozkoumávali i druhý den dopoledne. Koupili jsme suvenýry, objevily paní, u které můj přítel byl ubytován jako 3 leté dítě a vykoupali se v moři. Kolem poledne jsme nasedli do auta a jeli do městečka Rezovo, jež leží na hranicích s Tureckem. Bulharsko je od druhého státu odděleno pouze malou říčkou, které se vlévá do moře. Zajímavý je, že první hraniční přechod se nachází odsuď až něco málo přes 60 kilometrů (možná více, možná méně), každopádně je to daleko. 

We explored Tsarevo the next morning as well. We bought souvenirs, discovered the lady with whom my byfriend was staying as a 3-year-old child and bathed in the sea. Around noon, we got into the car and drove to the town of Rezovo, which is located on the border with Turkey. Bulgaria is separated from the other country only by a small river that flows into the sea. It is interesting that the first border crossing is located a little over 60 kilometers from here (maybe more, maybe less), anyway it is far. 

Auch Tsarevo erkundeten wir am nächsten Morgen. Wir kauften Souvenirs, entdeckten die Dame, bei der mein Freund als 3-jähriges Kind wohnte, und badeten im Meer. Gegen Mittag stiegen wir ins Auto und fuhren in die Stadt Rezovo, die an der Grenze zur Türkei liegt. Bulgarien ist vom anderen Land nur durch einen kleinen Fluss getrennt, der ins Meer mündet. Interessant ist, dass der erste Grenzübergang etwas mehr als 60 Kilometer von hier entfernt liegt (vielleicht mehr, vielleicht weniger), es ist sowieso weit.

BULHARSKO LÉTO/BULGARIA SUMMER/ BULGARIEN SOMMER #1

Možná ještě plánujete dovču na září, říjen a možná jste už na dovolené byli. Nicméně i tak mám pro vás tipy, co vidět a zažít v Bulharsku. Do této země se většina lidí vydává za nízkými cenami a nádhernými nekonečnými plážemi Slunečného pobřeží a Zlatých písků. Díky mému akčnímu příteli jsem měla možnost poznat tuto oblast i zcela jiného úhlu pohledu.

Maybe you're still planning a vacation for September, October, and maybe you've already been on vacation. However, I still have tips for you on what to see and experience in Bulgaria. Most people go to this country for the low prices and the beautiful endless beaches of Sunny Beach and Golden Sands. Thanks to my active friend, I had the opportunity to get to know this area from a completely different point of view. 

Vielleicht planen Sie noch einen Urlaub für September, Oktober, und vielleicht waren Sie auch schon im Urlaub. Trotzdem habe ich noch Tipps für dich, was es in Bulgarien zu sehen und zu erleben gibt. Die meisten Menschen reisen wegen der niedrigen Preise und der wunderschönen endlosen Strände von Sonnenstrand und Goldstrand in dieses Land. Dank meiner aktiven Freundin hatte ich die Möglichkeit, diese Gegend von einer ganz anderen Seite kennenzulernen.

 

PROBLÉMY S MOČOVÝM MĚCHÝŘEM

Otevírám další díl zdravotnického okénka. V poslední době se hodně na sociálních sítích setkávám s ženami mého věku, které žádají své fanoušky o pomoc při problému s močovými cesty a měchýřem. Nikdy mě nenapadlo, že tuto situaci budu řešit i já. Od mé babičky, která se léči přibližně od 40, od kamarádky, která na to trpí od puberty moc dobře vím, že je to běh na dlouhou trať, která je většinou díky zdravotnictví bez konce.

KDY SE U MĚ OBJEVILY PRVNÍ PROBLÉMY

V období těsně před Vánoci v roce 2021 jsem pociťovala tlak na močové trubici a častěji jsem chodit na toaletu. Od babičky jsem moc dobře znala přípravek blokurima, který jsem ihned v té době naordinovala. Za týden bylo vše v pořádku a cítila jsem se skvěle. Užila jsem si vánoční trhy se s vařákem a sladkým, promlsala Vánoce... Cca měsíc poté se problémy objevily znovu a to po Itálii. Sladké jídlo vzalo za své a celých 10 dní jsem hledala toaletu, kde se dalo. Po návratu jsem začala problémy řešit.
