MALLORCA - TRAVEL PLAN

Kdo četl můj poslední článek ze sekce cestování už ví, že se chystáme s kamarádkou odletět do Španělska. Ano i přes všechny možný zákazy, červenání na mapách, testy a očkování, vyrážíme koncem měsíce vstříc moři, sluníčku a celkově novému poznání. Co vám budu povídat, bude to náročné pohlídat si všechny opatření, ale hodlám si to užít a nenechat si to ničím zkazit. Po Barceloně máme v plánu přeletět na Mallorcu. Upřímně mám od Bulharska chuť nejvíce poznat místní Birekönig a pláž, kde vznikaly všechny německé dovolenkové hity. Ale těším si i na Palmu, bydlení u pláže a alespoň na 5 dní all inclusive service. :) Mimo to chceme prozkoumat nějakou typickou skalnatou pláž. Máte tip co navštívit na Mallorce v blízkosti Palmy? 

Anyone who has read my last article from the travel section already knows that my friend and I are going to fly to Spain. Yes, despite all possible bans, red colour on map and tests and vaccinations, we will go out to the sea, the sun and a whole new knowledge. Our trip will start at the end of the month. Yes it will be difficult to take care of all the measures, but I intend to enjoy it and not let it spoil it. After Barcelona, we plan to fly to Mallorca. I sincerely want to get to know the local Birekönig and the beach, where all German holiday hits originated. But I'm also looking forward to Palma, living by the beach and at least 5 days of all inclusive service. :) In addition, we want to explore some typical rocky beach. Do you have a tip of what to visit in Mallorca near Palma?

Wer meinen letzten Artikel aus dem Reiseteil gelesen hat, weiß bereits, dass mein Freund und ich nach Spanien fliegen werden. Ja, trotz aller möglichen Verbote, roter Farbe auf der Karte und Tests und Impfungen werden wir aufs Meer, die Sonne und ein ganz neues Wissen gehen. Unsere Reise beginnt Ende des Monats. Ja, es wird schwierig, alle Maßnahmen zu erledigen, aber ich habe vor, es zu genießen und es mir nicht verderben zu lassen. Nach Barcelona wollen wir nach Mallorca fliegen. Ich möchte aufrichtig den heimischen Birekönig und den Strand, an dem alle deutschen Urlaubshits entstanden sind, kennenlernen. Aber ich freue mich auch auf Palma, das Leben am Strand und mindestens 5 Tage All Inclusive. :) Außerdem wollen wir noch einige typische Felsstrände erkunden. Haben Sie einen Tipp, was Sie auf Mallorca in der Nähe von Palma besuchen können?

BARCELONA - TRAVEL PLAN

Pokud se řadíte do okruhu mých nejbližších přátel, či jste někdo z rodiny, již tušíte, proč dnes přicházím s článkem o Barceloně. Konečně se mi splní sen a vyrazíme s holkami vstříc tomuto nádhernému přímořskému velkoměstu. Krom toho, že jsem si udělala cestovatelský plán na Worldee a pomyslný plán v hlavě, jsem si stáhla i několik obrázků na Pinterestu. Dnes pomocí mé koláže vám přináším top místa, která bych chtěla v Barceloně vidět. A protože je léto a teplo, asi nejpodstatnějším bodem bude pláž s vodou na ochlazení, bary a romantickými západy slunce… :)

If you are one of my closest friends, or you are someone from the family, you already know why I am coming up with an article about Barcelona today. Finally, my dream will come true and we will go with the girls to this beautiful seaside city. In addition to the travel plan on Worldee and the imaginary plan in my head, I also downloaded a few pictures on Pinterest. Wenn Sie einer meiner engsten Freunde oder jemand aus der Familie sind, wissen Sie bereits, warum ich heute einen Artikel über Barcelona schreibe. Endlich wird mein Traum wahr und wir fahren mit den Mädchen in diese wunderschöne Küstenstadt. Food diary 11/2021/ ESSENSTAGEBUCH

Dnešní inspirace nebude asi tak velká, jakou ode mě znáte. V posledních dnech jsem se uchýlila k jedení  více méně podobných jídel, nebo se stravuji mim domov. 

1. SNÍDANĚ - domácí banánové lívance (banám, pohanková mouka, vejce, mléko, soda),  nízkotučný bílý jogurt, hořký vysokoprocentní čokoláda a borůvky. 

Today's inspiration will probably not be as great as you know by me. In recent days, I ate more or less similar dishes, or I ate outside.

1. BREAKFAST - homemade banana pancakes (bananas, buckwheat flour, eggs, milk, soda), low-fat white yogurt, dark high-percentage chocolate and blueberries.

Die heutige Inspiration wird wohl nicht so toll sein, wie ihr es von mir kennt. In den letzten Tagen habe ich mehr oder weniger ähnliche Gerichte gegessen, oder ich habe draußen gegessen.

1. FRÜHSTÜCK - hausgemachte Bananenpfannkuchen (Bananen, Buchweizenmehl, Eier, Milch, Soda), fettarmer weißer Joghurt, dunkle hochprozentige Schokolade und Blaubeeren.

Nejsem si jistá, jestli jste někdy postřehly, že značka Essence nabízí ve svém sortimentu lak na nehty s názvem Whitener a lak na nehty stronger. 

Abych vás uvedla do mé situace. Již několik let se mi nehty na rukou vrství. Snažím se jíst zdravě, mám pohyb, jím nejrůznější doplňky stravy. Zkoušela jsem nehty nelakovat. Zastříhávám je a brousím pravidelně a nic nepomáhá… Ani lékárník mi nezvládl poradit s mým problémem.  Jsem si vědoma, že asi existují někde specialisté na tuto problematiku, ale zkouším si poradit za dostupných podmínek.

To introduce you to my situation. My nails on my hand have been layered for several years. I try to eat healthy, I do sport, I eat all kinds of dietary supplements. I tried not use polishes on my nails. I trim them and grind them regularly and nothing helps… Even the pharmacist did not manage to solve my problem. I am aware that there are probably specialists in this area somewhere, but I try to get help under the available conditions.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Sie jemals bemerkt haben, dass die Marke Essence eine Reihe von Nagellacken namens Whitener und stärkeren Nagellack in ihrem Sortiment anbietet.

Um Ihnen meine Situation vorzustellen. Meine Nägel an meiner Hand sind seit mehreren Jahren geschichtet. Ich versuche mich gesund zu ernähren, ich mache Sport, ich esse alle Arten von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln. Ich habe versucht, keine Lacke auf meinen Nägeln zu verwenden. Ich schneide und mahle sie regelmäßig und nichts hilft… Auch der Apotheker hat es nicht geschafft, mein Problem zu lösen. Mir ist bewusst, dass es auf diesem Gebiet wahrscheinlich irgendwo Spezialisten gibt, aber ich versuche, unter den gegebenen Bedingungen Hilfe zu bekommen.

Rady a tipy - blogger/ advices and tips/ Ratschläge und Tipps

Nebudete mi to věřit, ale tento článek mám v hlavě už přes rok.  Pro ostřílené blogery asi nebudou mé tipy žádnou novinkou, nicméně začínajícím blogerům mohou pomoci. 

1. NASTAVENÍ A ROZVRŽENÍ

V nastavení naleznete úplné začátky a znám tři možnosti, jakým způsobem nastavit šablonu. 1. Vybrat v nabídce šablon a nechat ji být. 2. Vybrat si v nabídce šablon a přizpůsobit si parametry písma, orámování oken a podobně. 3. Nějakým doposud mně neznámým způsobem vložit si vlastní šablonu. 

Rozvržení souvisí s nastavením, kdy si můžete přidávat jednotlivé gadgety do šablony, které nabízí Google. Ideální pro možnost sledování, co já osobně postrádám u začínajících blogerů je gadget GFC (Google followers). Také si můžete přidat zápatí stránky a vkládat přes některé gadgety HTML kódy - odkazy na bannery, nebo vlastní kódy na nějaké obrázky, reklamy, stránky a podobně...

In the settings you will find the complete beginnings and I know three options how to set up the template. 1. Select in the template menu and let it be. 2. In some way unknown to me, insert your own template.The layout is related to the setting where you can add individual gadgets to the template provided by google. The GFC gadget (google followers) .You can also add footers and paste HTML codes via some gadgets - links to banners, or custom codes to some images, ads, pages and the like ...

1. EINSTELLUNGEN UND LAYOUT

In den Einstellungen findet man die kompletten Anfänge und ich kenne drei Möglichkeiten, wie man die Vorlage einrichtet. 1. Wählen Sie im Vorlagenmenü und lassen Sie es sein. 2. Wählen Sie im Vorlagenmenü und passen Sie die Schriftparameter, Fensterränder und dergleichen an. 3. Fügen Sie auf eine mir unbekannte Weise Ihre eigene Vorlage ein.

Das Layout hängt mit der Einstellung zusammen, in der Sie der von Google bereitgestellten Vorlage einzelne Gadgets hinzufügen können. Das GFC-Gadget (Google Follower). Sie können über einige Gadgets auch Fußzeilen hinzufügen und HTML-Codes einfügen - Links zu Bannern oder benutzerdefinierte Codes zu einigen Bildern, Anzeigen, Seiten und dergleichen ...

Amfiteátr/Amphitheater photo shooting

Kdo byl někdy v Jihlavě určitě zná oblast zvanou a připomínající Amfiteátr. Místo, kde se již mnoho let pořádají festivaly a venkovní koncerty. Oblast uprostřed města a zároveň v přírodě u téměř přilehlé zoologické zahrady. A právě zde probíhalo moje další módní focení. Tentokrát jsem navázala spolupráci s fotografem z Chotěboře, který se zaměřuje na focení koncertů, festivalů, párové focení, těhotenské focení, portrétové a další. 

Anyone who has ever been to Jihlava certainly knows an area called and reminiscent of the Amphitheater. A place where festivals and outdoor concerts have been held for many years. An area in the middle of the city and at the same time in nature near the almost adjacent zoo. And this is where my next fashion photo shoot took place. This time I established cooperation with a photographer from Chotěboř, who focuses on photographing concerts, festivals, couple photography, pregnancy photography, portrait photography and more. 

Jeder, der schon einmal in Jihlava war, kennt sicherlich eine Gegend, die Amphitheater heißt und an sie erinnert. Ein Ort, an dem seit vielen Jahren Festivals und Open-Air-Konzerte stattfinden. Ein Areal mitten in der Stadt und gleichzeitig in der Natur in der Nähe des fast angrenzenden Zoos. Und hier fand mein nächstes Fashion-Fotoshooting statt. Diesmal habe ich eine Zusammenarbeit mit einem Fotografen aus Chotěboř aufgebaut, der sich auf das Fotografieren von Konzerten, Festivals, Paarfotografie, Schwangerschaftsfotografie, Portraitfotografie und mehr spezialisiert hat.

LOM HÁDY/ Quarry/ Steinbruch

Hezký pátek všem. Slyšeli jste někdy o lomu Hády? Jedná se o lom nacházející se na okraji Brna, který je celkem turisticky vyhledávanou destinací ve městě. Lom je známý pro krásnou okolní přírodu a impozantní výhledy. My jsme zde byly se sestrou poprvé a to díky focení s Davidem (David Mitty Mitáš), od kterého vám fotografie budu pravděpodobně sdílet až příští měsíc. 

Good Friday everyone. Have you ever heard of the Hády quarry? This is a quarry located on the outskirts of Brno, which is quite a popular tourist destination in the city. The quarry is known for its beautiful surrounding nature and impressive views. My sister and I were here for the first time, thanks to a photo shoot with David (David Mitty Mitáš), from whom I will probably share our photos next month.

Hallo. Haben Sie schon einmal vom Steinbruch Hády gehört? Dies ist ein Steinbruch am Stadtrand von Brünn, der ein sehr beliebtes Touristenziel in der Stadt ist. Der Steinbruch ist bekannt für seine wunderschöne umliegende Natur und beeindruckende Aussichten. Meine Schwester und ich waren zum ersten Mal hier, dank eines Fotoshootings mit David (David Mitty Mitáš), von dem ich wahrscheinlich nächsten Monat unsere Fotos teilen werde.

Někdy v období zimních měsíců jsem s vámi sdílela prvotní zkušenosti a dnes bych vám ráda popsala, jak moje učení němčiny pokračuje. Upřímně moje prvotní nadšení z aplikace opadlo. Dny, kdy jsem každý den pravidelně 20 minut procvičovala, jsou dávno pryč.

Sometime during the winter months, I shared my initial experiences with you, and today I would like to describe to you how my learning of German continues. Honestly, my initial enthusiasm for the app has waned. The days when I practiced regularly for 20 minutes every day are long gone.

Irgendwann in den Wintermonaten habe ich meine ersten Erfahrungen mit Ihnen geteilt und möchte Ihnen heute beschreiben, wie mein Deutschlernen weitergeht. Ehrlich gesagt hat meine anfängliche Begeisterung für die App nachgelassen. Die Zeiten, in denen ich täglich 20 Minuten regelmäßig trainierte, sind lange vorbei.

Krásný den, po delší době vám opět představuji videa, která jsem během posledních dní sdílela na    You Tube. První video zaznamenává moje nákupy v secondhandu, sdílím s vámi několik slevových kódů, nakupovala jsem v city parku, zranila si nohu... a můžete vidět i další záběry z focení. Druhým videem jsou spotřebované produkty, které jsem kompletně přesunula na You Tube kanál. Tato videa obsahují i mé zkušenosti a recenze. A ve třetím videu se se mnou podíváte do Beskyd, na zříceninu hradu, Kroměříže a na focení do lomu Hády.
