CO ČTU/ WHAT I'M READING/ WAS ICH LESE

Většinou, když prohlížím blogy ostatních se nad knižní sekcí příliš dlouho nezastavuji, není to tím, že by mě knihy nebavily, nezajímaly atd... ale jsem s četbou knih šíleně pozadu a mám pocit, že když už po knížce sáhnu, tak úplně po jiném žánru, nebo tvorbě, než které vídám jinde.  Každopádně dnes bych vám chtěla dát tipy na 3 knihy. 2 z knih jsou spíše vzdělávacího charakteru a třetí je tématem zařazeno do 2.SV. 

Most of the time when I look at other people's blogs I don't stop at the book section for too long, it's not that I don't enjoy the books, I'm not interested, etc... but I'm so slow in reading books and I feel like once I reach for a book, I take a different genre or work than I see elsewhere on blogs. Anyway, today I would like to give you tips on 3 books. 2 of the books are more of an educational nature and the third is classified as a topic in the 2nd SV.

As I feel that the first 2 books are probably only published in the Czech language, there is no point in mentioning more than the fact that they are focused on social networks and marketing in general. The third book has been translated into Czech, so you may be able to find it in your bookstore, and I am including the English/German text below it. 

Die meiste Zeit, wenn ich mir die Blogs anderer Leute anschaue, halte ich nicht zu lange bei der Buchsektion an, es ist nicht so, dass ich die Bücher nicht mag, ich bin nicht interessiert usw. ... aber ich bin so Ich bin langsam beim Bücherlesen und ich habe das Gefühl, sobald ich nach einem Buch greife, nehme ich ein anderes Genre oder Werk, als ich es anderswo in Blogs sehe. Jedenfalls möchte ich euch heute Tipps zu 3 Büchern geben. 2 der Bücher haben eher pädagogischen Charakter und das dritte ist als Thema in die 2. SV einzuordnen.

Da ich der Meinung bin, dass die ersten beiden Bücher wahrscheinlich nur in tschechischer Sprache veröffentlicht werden, macht es keinen Sinn, mehr zu erwähnen als die Tatsache, dass sie sich auf soziale Netzwerke und Marketing im Allgemeinen konzentrieren. Das dritte Buch wurde ins Tschechische übersetzt, so dass Sie es möglicherweise in Ihrem Buchladen finden können, und ich füge den englischen/deutschen Text darunter ein.

#JAK NA SÍTĚ

Kniha populární v oblasti marketingu a správy sociálních sítí. Kdo ji nezná a nečetl, jakoby nežil. Je hitem a hravě popisuje online svět a doporučuje taktiky a fígly, jak na to. Je zacílena na vcítění se do lidí, pro které sítě tvoříme a zároveň výdělky a to, co z toho budeme mít. Kdybych měla nějaké finance navíc a nechtěla cestovat, určitě bych si zakoupila jejich roční členství a dále se vzdělávala, protože tohle mě fakt baví! Knihu jsem zakoupila v létě v KNIHY DOBROVSKÝ (ne není to spolupráce, s moji četbou by mi ji ani nedali). 

WISHLIST 2023 A MOŽNÁ DÁL

Od mých 14 let jsem nejvíce toužila po 3 věcech. Za prvé vidět na živo moji oblíbenou kapelu, nebo zpěvačku. Což jsem si splnila vloni alespoň se Simple plan, za druhé navštívit festival Rock For People a za třetí vydat se do New Yorku. Od té doby co vnímám svět a cestování a viděla jsem jako miliony dalších lidí Sám doma, je NEW YORK pro mě destinací na cestování number 1. Chci vidět SOCHU SVOBODY, EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, památník po dvojčatech, Central park, dům, kde bydlela Carrie ze Sexu ve městě, kavárnu, kde se scházeli PŘÁTELÉ a další neodmyslitelné součásti tohoto obřího města. 

 

Since I was 14, I have wanted 3 things the most. First of all, to see my favorite band or singer live. Which I accomplished last year at least with the Simple plan, secondly to visit the Rock For People festival and thirdly to go to New York. Ever since I've seen the world and travel and seen Home Alone like millions of other people, NEW YORK is my number 1 travel destination. I want to see the STATUE OF LIBERTY, EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, the twin memorial, Central park, the house where Carrie lived from Sex in the City, the cafe where FRIENDS met and other inherent parts of this giant city.

 

Seit ich 14 bin, habe ich mir 3 Dinge am meisten gewünscht. Erstens, um meine Lieblingsband oder meinen Lieblingssänger live zu sehen. Was ich letztes Jahr zumindest mit dem Simple Plan geschafft habe, zweitens das Rock For People Festival zu besuchen und drittens nach New York zu gehen. Seitdem ich die Welt gesehen und gereist bin und wie Millionen andere Menschen allein zu Hause war, ist NEW YORK mein Reiseziel Nummer 1. Ich möchte die FREIHEITSSTATUE, das EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, das Zwillingsdenkmal, den Central Park, das Haus, in dem Carrie von Sex in the City lebte, das Café, in dem sich FREUNDE trafen, und andere inhärente Teile dieser riesigen Stadt sehen.

 

#TRAVELVLOG Kefalonia

Věděli jste, že i v polovině října může být v Řecku krásně a dokonce se můžete i koupat? O tom, jak jsme vyrazili na podzim navštívit Kefalonii jste mohli číst už několik článků zde na blogu. Nyní jsem se dostala konečně ke zpracování videa. Doufám, že se vám bude líbit! :)

Did you know that even in the middle of October it can be beautiful in Greece and you can even swim? You could already read several articles here on the blog about how we went to visit Kefalonia in the fall. Now I finally got around to processing the video. I hope, you will like it! :) 

 

Zdravé nákupy/ Healthy Shopping/ Gesundes Einkaufen 23.02 2/23

Dlouho jsem na svůj blog nezařadila nákupy zdravějších potravin. A protože mě tyto články baví a vás v minulosti také, po delší době vám přidávám menší shrnutí.  Tentokrát jsem se nechala zlákat skvělými cenami v Penny marketu, kde jsem koupila například tyto 2 arašídové krémy 100%. Přidávám je do kaše a jsem velmi spokojená! Jeden stál cca 70 korun.

It's been a long time since I've included shopping for healthier foods on my blog. And because I enjoy these articles and you have in the past, I am adding a smaller summary after a long time. This time I was tempted by the great prices at the Penny market, where I bought, for example, these 2 peanut creams 100%. I add them to the porridge and I am very satisfied! One cost about 70 crowns.

Es ist lange her, dass ich in meinem Blog gesündere Lebensmittel eingekauft habe. Und weil mir diese Artikel gefallen und Sie es in der Vergangenheit getan haben, füge ich nach langer Zeit eine kleinere Zusammenfassung hinzu. Gelockt haben mich diesmal die tollen Preise beim Pennymarkt, wo ich zum Beispiel diese 2 Erdnusscremes 100% gekauft habe. Ich füge sie dem Brei hinzu und bin sehr zufrieden! Einer kostete ungefähr 70 Kronen.

TRAVEL INSTAGRAM

Je to venku. Konečně jsem se rozhodla publikovat svoje tipy na cestování na jednom místě a dát dohromady fotografie ze všech míst, které jsem navštívila ZALOŽILA jsem nový instagramový profil, kde sdílím tipy na města, rozhledny, hory, moře, státy atd... Postupně střídám fotografie z celého mého života a píšu k nim v angličtině zajímavosti. I když nejsem jazykově příliš zdatná, chci aby tento profil sloužil převážně zahraničním sledujícím a abych i je inspirovala tím, co se mimo jiné nachází i u nás v ČESKU. It's outside. I finally decided to publish my travel tips in one place and put together photos from all the places I visited. I CREATED a new Instagram profile where I share tips on cities, lookout points, mountains, seas, states, etc... I gradually alternate photos from my whole life and I write interesting things about them in English. Even though I'm not very fluent in languages, I want this profile to serve mostly foreign followers and to inspire them with what, among other things, can be found here in the CZECH REPUBLIC.  Es ist draußen. Ich habe mich schließlich entschlossen, meine Reisetipps an einem Ort zu veröffentlichen und Fotos von allen Orten, die ich besucht habe, zusammenzustellen. ICH HABE ein neues Instagram-Profil erstellt, auf dem ich Tipps zu Städten, Aussichtspunkten, Bergen, Meeren, Staaten usw. teile. Ich wechsele nach und nach Fotos aus meinem ganzen Leben ab und schreibe interessante Dinge darüber auf Englisch. Sbírka čajů/ A collection of teas/ Eine Sammlung von Tees

Asi se nikdy nevyrovnám Stáni a jejím zkušenostem s čaji. Obdivuji to, jak neustále zkouší nová a nová balení a sepisuje své tipy na blog. I když čaje nebudou moji pravidelnou rubrikou, ráda bych vám ukázala ty, které v kuchyni máme a třeba vás také inspirovala. Začneme sypanými, těmi, které mám nejraději. Piňa Colada je směsice, kterou jsem dostala dárkem a je to mix pořízený přímo z čajovny. Bohužel je ve směsici Ibišek, který nemohu pít ve velkém. Ale jinak je směs výborná a chutná a hlavně voní jak drink někde v baru. 

I will probably never match Stána and her tea experiences. I admire how she keeps trying new and new packaging and blogs her tips. Although teas will not be my regular column, I would like to show you the ones we have in the kitchen and maybe inspire you as well. We'll start with the sprinkles tea, the ones I like best. Piňa Colada is a mix that I got as a gift and it is a mix bought directly from the tea house. Unfortunately, there is Hibiscus in the mixture, which I cannot drink in large quantities. But otherwise, the mixture is excellent and tasty, and above all, it smells like a drink somewhere in a bar. 

An Stána und ihre Teeerlebnisse werde ich wohl nie herankommen. Ich bewundere, wie sie immer wieder neue Verpackungen ausprobiert und ihre Tipps bloggt. Auch wenn Tees nicht meine Stammkolumne sein werden, möchte ich Ihnen gerne die zeigen, die wir in der Küche haben und vielleicht auch Sie inspirieren. Wir beginnen mit dem Streuseltee, den ich am liebsten mag. Piňa Colada ist eine Mischung, die ich geschenkt bekommen habe und die direkt im Teehaus gekauft wurde. Leider ist Hibiskus in der Mischung, den ich nicht in großen Mengen trinken kann. Aber ansonsten ist die Mischung hervorragend und lecker, und vor allem riecht es wie ein Drink irgendwo in einer Bar.

Doplňky stravy NOVINKY/ Food supplements NEW/ Nahrungsergänzungsmittel NEU

Od té doby, co jsem zjistila, že má imunita je poměrně slabá, začala jsem hodně vyhledávat doplňky stravy. Během roku pravidelně používám MgB6, které mi doporučila obvodní lékařka pro snížení únavy a stresu. Zinek, nebo vitamíny pro podporu růstu vlasů a nehtů jsou také neodmyslitelnou součástí mého života, protože vlasy se mi hodně lámou a díky vlnám nejsou zrovna vyživené a nehty? To je boj na věčnost, když je mám ve 2, či 3 vrstvách... V létě občas pojídám betakaroten. Nejvíce tabletek pojídám během zimy. Chladné měsíce jsou kritické na oslabení organizmu a nejrůznější nemoci. Chybí sluníčko a vitamíny z dostatku ovoce a zeleniny. Proto, když byla v tetě akce na dopľňky stravy, vzala jsem jich hned několik.

During the year, I regularly use MgB6, which was recommended by my general practitioner to reduce fatigue and stress. Seit ich herausgefunden habe, dass meine Immunität ziemlich schwach ist, kaufe ich viel Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Während des Jahres verwende ich regelmäßig MgB6, das von meinem Hausarzt empfohlen wurde, um Müdigkeit und Stress zu reduzieren. Zink oder Vitamine zur Unterstützung des Haar- und Nagelwachstums sind auch ein wesentlicher Bestandteil meines Lebens, denn meine Haare brechen oft und die Wellen werden nicht gerade genährt, und meine Nägel? Es ist ein ewiger Kampf, wenn ich sie in 2 oder 3 Schichten habe... Im Sommer esse ich manchmal Beta-Carotin. Ich esse die meisten Pillen im Winter. Die kalten Monate sind die kritischsten für die Schwächung des Körpers und verschiedene Krankheiten. Es fehlen die Sonne und Vitamine aus genügend Obst und Gemüse. Deshalb habe ich, als meine Tante Nahrungsergänzungsmittel ausverkauft hatte, mehrere davon genommen.

RANNÍ RUTINA/ MORNING ROUTINE/ MORGENROUTINE 23

Moje ranní rutina péče o pleť se dělí mezi péči doma u našich a péči, kterou mám u přítele. V Brně běžně používám po ránu kosmetiku CERAVE, kterou mám z Elnino. Začnu opláchnutím obličeje vlažnou vodou a nanesením čistícího gelu, který buď vmasíruji do obličeje prsty a nebo čistící kartáčkem od Braunu, záleží jak moc mám čas, obličej umyji a otřu do čistého ručníku/ žínky. Poté nanesu gel na akné a sáhnu po krému, který mám zrovna po ruce, buď Nivea, nebo heřmánkový krém, či jiný. 

My morning skin care routine is split between my home care and my my care when I am at my boyfriend´s flat. In Brno, I normally use CERAVE cosmetics in the morning, which I have from Elnino. I start by rinsing my face with lukewarm water and applying a cleansing gel, which I either massage into my face with my fingers or with a Braun cleansing brush, depending on how much time I have, I wash my face and wipe it with a clean towel/cloth. Then I apply the acne gel and reach for the cream I have on hand, either Nivea or chamomile cream or whatever.

Meine morgendliche Hautpflegeroutine ist aufgeteilt in meine Pflege zu Hause und meine Pflege, wenn ich in der Wohnung meines Freundes bin. In Brünn benutze ich normalerweise morgens die Kosmetik CERAVE, die ich von Elnino habe. Ich spüle zunächst mein Gesicht mit lauwarmem Wasser ab und trage ein Reinigungsgel auf, das ich entweder mit den Fingern oder mit einer Braun Reinigungsbürste in mein Gesicht einmassiere, je nachdem, wie viel Zeit ich habe, wasche ich mein Gesicht und wische es mit einem sauberen ab Handtuch/Tuch. Dann trage ich das Akne-Gel auf und greife nach der Creme, die ich zur Hand habe, entweder Nivea- oder Kamillencreme oder was auch immer.

Jeden z nejčtenějších článků na blogu je recenze na ALVERDE tělová másla, která jsem obdržela k Vánocům asi před 2 lety. Nyní jsem tyto másla objevila v DM drogérii znova a poprosila mamku aby mi je nadělila pod stromeček. 

One of the most read articles on the blog is a review of ALVERDE body butters, which I received for Christmas about 2 years ago. Now I discovered these butters again in the DM drugstore and asked my mother to give them to me under the tree. 

Einer der meistgelesenen Artikel auf dem Blog ist eine Rezension der ALVERDE Körperbutter, die ich vor ca. 2 Jahren zu Weihnachten bekommen habe. Jetzt habe ich diese Butter in der DM-Drogerie wiederentdeckt und meine Mutter gebeten, sie mir unter den Baum zu geben.

Co jsem jedla na dovolené/ What did I eat on vacation/ Was habe ich im Urlaub gegessen

Zdravím dnešní příspěvek bude spíše pro ty z vás,  kteří mají rádi food sekci na mém blogu. Většinou když někam jedu s přáteli, nebo přítelem do zahraničí, kombinujeme nákupy v obchodech s obědem nebo večeří v restauraci. Tím myslím místní speciality tradiční pro danou zemi s tím, co mám ráda a na co mám chuť. V přímořských oblastech nesmí chybět ryba a mořské plody. A právě to jsem si dopřála i na Lanzarote. Nejlepší ryba kterou jsem kdy měla byl v Chorvatsku žralok s hořčičnou omáčkou,  ale Mořský ďas na Kanárech se mu poměrně dost vyrovnal. Jedná se o delikátní rybu, téměř bez kostí.

 

Hello today will be more for those of you who like the food section of my blog. Usually when I go somewhere with friends or my boyfriend we combine shopping in stores with lunch or dinner in a restaurant. I usually try to combine local specialties traditional for the given country with what I like and what I feel like. In coastal areas, fish and seafood must not be missing. And that's exactly what I indulged in on Lanzarote. The best fish I ever had was shark with mustard sauce in Croatia, but the monkfish in the Canaries was quite a match. This is a delicate fish, almost boneless. 

 

Hallo, heute ist mehr für diejenigen unter euch, die den Food-Bereich meines Blogs mögen. Normalerweise, wenn ich mit Freunden oder meinem Freund irgendwo hin gehe, kombinieren wir den Einkauf in Geschäften mit einem Mittag- oder Abendessen in einem Restaurant. Meistens versuche ich lokale Spezialitäten, die für das jeweilige Land traditionell sind, mit dem zu kombinieren, was ich mag und worauf ich Lust habe. In Küstengebieten dürfen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte nicht fehlen. Und genau das habe ich mir auf Lanzarote gegönnt. Der beste Fisch, den ich je gegessen habe, war Hai mit Senfsauce in Kroatien, aber der Seeteufel auf den Kanaren war eine ziemliche Konkurrenz. Dies ist ein zarter Fisch, fast ohne Gräten.

 

 

LANZAROTE #3/2023

V posledním příspěvku vám chci ještě představit atypické zelené jezero, které má svoji barvu díky řasám, které žijí ve vysoké slanosti, u jezera leží rozsáhlá krásná černá pláž, kde jsme strávili odpoledne. 

In the last post, I want to introduce you to an atypical green lake, which has its color thanks to algae that live in high salinity, there is a large beautiful black beach near the lake, where we spent the afternoon.

Im letzten Beitrag möchte ich Ihnen einen untypischen grünen See vorstellen, der seine Farbe dank Algen hat, die in hohem Salzgehalt leben, es gibt einen großen schönen schwarzen Strand in der Nähe des Sees, an dem wir den Nachmittag verbracht haben.

 

Lanzarote #2/23

Jak už název napovídá, dnes mám pro vás pokračování příspěvku o Kanárech, konkrétně o Lanzarote, které jsme navštívili začátkem ledna. Nedávno jsem vám představila místo našeho ubytování, Calderu Blanca a pomoci fotek vám přiblížila vyhlídku na vlny a západ slunce. Dnes půjdeme trochu hlouběji a podrobněji ne jen do historie, ale i vulkanické jeskyně. Na ostrově Lanzarote máte možnost s bus tour projet oblast národního parku, kde došlo k poslednímu výbuchu sopek, protože je oblast chráněná a místy  jsou ještě aktivní teplá místa, je zakázáno zde chodit pěšky, nebo jezdit automobilem. U začátku tour na vás čeká restaurace, kde je ukázka toho, jaké teplo může země vydávat. 

As the title suggests, today I have a continuation of the post about the Canaries, specifically about Lanzarote, which we visited at the beginning of January. Recently, I introduced you to the place of our accommodation, Caldera Blanca, and with the help of photos I showed you the view of the waves and the sunset. Today we will go a little deeper and in more detail not only into history, but also into volcanic caves. On the island of Lanzarote, you have the opportunity to drive through the area of the national park where the last volcanic eruption took place with a bus tour, because the area is protected and there are still active hot spots, it is forbidden to walk here or drive a car. A restaurant awaits you at the start of the tour, where there is a demonstration of the heat the earth can emit. 

Wie der Titel schon sagt, habe ich heute eine Fortsetzung des Posts über die Kanaren, genauer gesagt über Lanzarote, das wir Anfang Januar besucht haben. Kürzlich habe ich euch den Ort unserer Unterkunft Caldera Blanca vorgestellt und euch anhand von Fotos den Blick auf die Wellen und den Sonnenuntergang gezeigt. Heute gehen wir etwas tiefer und detaillierter nicht nur in die Geschichte, sondern auch in vulkanische Höhlen. Auf der Insel Lanzarote haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit einer Bustour durch das Gebiet des Nationalparks zu fahren, in dem der letzte Vulkanausbruch stattfand, da das Gebiet unter Naturschutz steht und es noch aktive Hotspots gibt, ist das Gehen hier verboten oder Auto fahren. Zu Beginn der Tour erwartet Sie ein Restaurant, in dem die Wärme, die die Erde abgeben kann, demonstriert wird.
