Must have pro nehty - whitener & stronger

Nejsem si jistá, jestli jste někdy postřehly, že značka Essence nabízí ve svém sortimentu lak na nehty s názvem Whitener a lak na nehty stronger. 

Abych vás uvedla do mé situace. Již několik let se mi nehty na rukou vrství. Snažím se jíst zdravě, mám pohyb, jím nejrůznější doplňky stravy. Zkoušela jsem nehty nelakovat. Zastříhávám je a brousím pravidelně a nic nepomáhá… Ani lékárník mi nezvládl poradit s mým problémem.  Jsem si vědoma, že asi existují někde specialisté na tuto problematiku, ale zkouším si poradit za dostupných podmínek.

To introduce you to my situation. My nails on my hand have been layered for several years. I try to eat healthy, I do sport, I eat all kinds of dietary supplements. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Sie jemals bemerkt haben, dass die Marke Essence eine Reihe von Nagellacken namens Whitener und stärkeren Nagellack in ihrem Sortiment anbietet.

Um Ihnen meine Situation vorzustellen. Meine Nägel an meiner Hand sind seit mehreren Jahren geschichtet. Ich versuche mich gesund zu ernähren, ich mache Sport, ich esse alle Arten von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln. Ich habe versucht, keine Lacke auf meinen Nägeln zu verwenden. Ich schneide und mahle sie regelmäßig und nichts hilft… Auch der Apotheker hat es nicht geschafft, mein Problem zu lösen. Mir ist bewusst, dass es auf diesem Gebiet wahrscheinlich irgendwo Spezialisten gibt, aber ich versuche, unter den gegebenen Bedingungen Hilfe zu bekommen.

 Když člověk sportuje, chodí na delší procházky, občas se stává, že dojde k přetažení těla, svaly jsou unavené a občas i pobolívají. V takovém případě volím odpočinek a nejrůznější mazadla, která mi od nepříjemného pocitu uleví. Z toho důvodu moje další volba při výběru produktů od Semante by Naturalis byl Regenerační kostivalový olej „Sportu zdar“. Krásný den, dnes bych se chtěla zaměřit na problémy s páteří a celkově se zády a doporučit vám některé věci, co mně osobně pomáhají. Asi před měsícem jsem si zablokovala krk a po 5 dnech nesnesitelné bolesti a nemožnosti pohybu s krkem, jsem vyhledala lékaře. Předepsal mi silné léky, které jsem brala z měsíční kůry 14 dní (konzultovala jsem v lékárně), dostala jsem krční nástavec a předepsané rehabilitace.

Upřimně psaní recenzí na knihy mě nebaví  a nepovažuji se za excelentního čtenáře, ale občas mě nějaká kniha na tolik zaujme, že se o ní musím s někým podělit. K výše zmiňované knize mě přivedla moje mamka, která má knihu ve svém vlastnictví. Kniha má přibližně 180 stránek, jedná se tedy o poměrně úzkou publikaci a je psaná formou vzpomínek Carmen Bin Ladin. 

Honestly, I don't enjoy writing book reviews and I don't consider myself an excellent reader, but sometimes a book interests me so much that I have to share it with someone. My mother, who owns the book, brought me to the above-mentioned book. The book has approximately 180 pages, so it is a relatively narrow publication and is written in the form of memories by Carmen Bin Ladin. 

Ehrlich gesagt schreibe ich nicht gerne Buchbesprechungen und betrachte mich nicht als exzellenten Leser, aber manchmal interessiert mich ein Buch so sehr, dass ich es mit jemandem teilen muss. Meine Mutter, der das Buch gehört, brachte mich zu dem oben genannten Buch. Das Buch hat ungefähr 180 Seiten, ist also eine relativ kurze Veröffentlichung und wird in Form von Erinnerungen von Carmen Bin Ladin geschrieben.

Tělová másla/ body butters/ Körper Butter - ALVERDE

Krásný den, vítám vás po dlouhé době u nové recenze na kosmetické produkty. Dnes bych vám ráda představila řadu tělových máslíček od Alverde, které jsem si nadělila skrze moji rodinu pod stromeček. Rozhledna nad Vinohrady/ Lookout tower above the vineyards/ Aussichtsturm über den Weinbergen

Další naší zastávkou během výletu na jižní Moravě byla rozhledna, či stezka nad vinohrady. Rozhledna se nachází nedaleko Brna na Kobylím vrchu u obce Kobylí. Rozhledna je unikátní hlavně svým neobvyklým tvarem, který spíše připomíná nedokončenou stezku mezi stromy.

Unser nächster Stopp während einer Reise nach Südmähren war ein Aussichtsturm oder ein Pfad über den Weinbergen. Der Aussichtsturm befindet sich in der Nähe von Brno am Kobylím vrch in der Nähe des Dorfes Kobylí. Der Aussichtsturm ist vor allem wegen seiner ungewöhnlichen Form einzigartig, die eher an einen unfertigen Weg zwischen Bäumen erinnert.

UČÍM SE NĚMECKY/ I learn German langugae/ Ich lerne Deutsche

Jak mnozí víte od léta jsem se zamilovala do německého jazyka. Ve škole jsem ho měla cca 6 let, na střední 4 roky a dva na vysoké škole v rámci oboru cestovní ruch. Během let jsem několikrát s rodinou navštívila Německo a Rakousko a má babička byla dlouhodobě učitelkou německého jazyka. Navíc němčinu máme i v krvi skrze pradědu...Nicméně až teď v létě díky cestování s Hankou jsem více přišla do střetu s lidmi, kteří mluví německy a mě se to zalíbilo... Během podzimu jsem vytáhla staré sešity ze střední a lehce jsem si zopakovala gramatiku. Ale až od prosince jsem začala němčinu dělat aktivně. 

As many of you know, I have fallen in love with the German language since the summer. I had it at school for about 6 years, for secondary school for 4 years and I studied German for two years at university in the field of tourism. Over the years, my family and I have visited Germany and Austria several times, and my grandmother has been a German language teacher for a long time. In addition, we also have German language in our blood through my great-grandfather ... However in the summer, thanks to traveling with Hanka, I met  more  German-speaking people and I liked it ... During the autumn I found old notebooks from high school and I little bit repeated German grammar. But it wasn't until December that I started doing German actively. 

Wie viele von Ihnen wissen, habe ich mich seit dem Sommer in die deutsche Sprache verliebt. Ich hatte es ungefähr 6 Jahre in der Schule, 4 Jahre in der Sekundarschule und zwei Jahre Deutsch an der Universität im Bereich Tourismus. Im Laufe der Jahre haben meine Familie und ich mehrmals Deutschland und Österreich besucht, und meine Großmutter war lange Zeit Deutschlehrerin. Außerdem haben wir durch meinen Urgroßvater auch die deutsche Sprache im Blut ... Im Sommer habe ich dank Reisen mit Hanka mehr deutschsprachige Menschen getroffen und es hat mir gefallen ... Im Herbst fand ich alt Notizbücher von der High School und ich wiederholten ein bisschen die deutsche Grammatik. Aber erst im Dezember begann ich aktiv Deutsch zu lernen.

Je mi ctí vám představit produkt, se kterým jsem nadmíru spokojená a který jsem obdržela k vyzkoušení v rámci spolupráce na IG. V poslední době je populární zkoušet různá séra, u nás v ČR mám pocit, že mezi nejznámější zahraniční patří The Ordinary, i já jsem vlastník 4 produktů od této značky a i proto jsem ráda, že jsem zkusila jinou a můžu lehce porovnat, i když to nelze přesně. Jednak mám od The Ordinary pouze čisté C sérum, no a sérum od YEOUTH je doporučené používat pro lepší výsledky s další kosmetikou od této značky, což nemám....

Ich besitze auch 4 Produkte dieser Marke und deshalb bin ich froh, dass ich eine andere Marke ausprobiert habe und ich kann sie ein bisschen vergleichen, obwohl es nicht genau sein kann. Von The Ordinary habe ich nur reines C-Serum. Und das Serum von YEOUTH wird empfohlen, um bessere Ergebnisse mit anderen Kosmetika dieser Marke zu erzielen, aber ich habe nur das Serum ...

Jak jsem slíbila, tak i konám... k mému listopadovému svátku jsem si nadělila fotoknihu. Poprvé se nejednalo o propagaci knih od Sall digital, ale o mou vlastí investici. Přes portál slevomat jsem si koupila slevový kód na stránku Colorland. Na slevomatu mě stál poukaz na 60 stran kolem 400 korun. Nicméně při nákupu přímo na webovkách, vás stejný počet stran vyjde kolem 1000 korun. Nad tvorbou knihy jsem seděla čtyři dny a myslím, že se mi kniha celkem povedla.

Wie versprochen habe ich Ihnen heute mein Fotobuch zeige. Ich habe das Fotobuch mir zu meinem November-Namenstag gegeben. Ich habe einen Rabattcode auf der Colorland-Website über das Rabattportal gekauft. Auf dem Rabattautomaten hatte ich einen Gutschein für 60 Seiten um 400 tschechische Kronen. Wenn Sie jedoch direkt auf der Website einkaufen, kostet die gleiche Anzahl von Seiten etwa 1000 tschechische Kronen. Ich habe das Buch vier Tage lang gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Krásnou středu. Opět mě přišel další balíček od mého, nebo spíše našeho oblíbeného e-shopu, femme luxe. Tentokrát jsme si se sestrou objednaly pouze tři kousky, protože čtvrtý již bohužel nebyl skladem. 

Jelikož mě při posledním výběru oblečení oslovil sestry teplákový set a hlavně tepláky, rozhodla jsem se téměř pro ty stejné, ale v béžové, nebo spíš neutrální barvě. Tepláky sedí na postavě pěkně, jsou  pohodlné a velmi hřejivé. Bohužel na e-shopu jsou již vyprodané, ale ty samé naleznete v setu ZDE. 

I wish u beautiful Wednesday. Again, I received another package from my, or rather our favorite e-shop, femme luxe. This time my sister and I ordered only three pieces, because unfortunately the fourth was no longer in stock.

From last packet I had favorite set which my sister ordered. It was tracksuit and hoodie. So I decided for almost the same tracksuit, but in a beige or rather neutral color. Sweatpants sit on the figure nicely, It is comfortable and very warm. Unfortunately, they are already sold out on the e-shop, but you can find the same ones in the set HERE.

Hallo allerseits, heute möchte ich euch neue Dinge aus meinem Lieblings-E-Shop Femme luxe zeigen. Das erste Stück sind Jogginghosen in Beige oder eher neutrale Farbe. TIPY, TIPS, TIPPS - NETFLIX

Ano i já jsem propadla kouzlo Netlflixu. Dny jsou kratší, noci jsou dlouhé, lockdown vybízí k odpočinku v teplíčku u filmu. Neflix mám ráda a i když na něj koukám denodenně stále mě mrzí, že ty staré filmy, které již dobře znám z televize, nejsou v češtině, ale s titulky, proto se zde spíše zaměřuji na novinky, či seriály. Dnes bych vám chtěla ukázat tři moje tipy, co jsem sledovala na Netflixu. 

Yes, I love Netlflix too. Days are shorter, nights are long is lockdown, at home it is cold and inside is warm. I like Neflix and even though I watch it every day, I'm still sorry that the old films that I already know well from television are not in Czech, but with subtitles, so here I focus more on news or series. Today I would like to show you three of my tips that I saw on Netflix.

Ja, ich liebe Netlflix auch. Tage sind kürzer, Nächte sind lang ist lockdown , es ist kaltes Wetter und innen ist es warm. Ich mag Neflix und obwohl ich es jeden Tag sehe, tut es mir immer noch leid, dass die alten Filme, die ich bereits gut aus dem Fernsehen kenne, nicht auf Tschechisch, sondern mit Untertiteln sind. Deshalb konzentriere ich mich hier mehr auf Nachrichten oder Serien. Heute möchte ich Ihnen drei meiner Tipps zeigen, die ich auf Netflix gesehen habe.

 

ESSENCE TONOVACÍ KRÉM/ toning cream/ tonisierung Creme

Ačkoliv v poslední době své články věnuji spíše cestování, stále jsem ta osoba, která miluje nakupování oblečení a zkouší novou kosmetiku, když ji zrovna tu starou vyprodají... Z toho důvodu bych vám ráda dneska představila "novinku" od Essence v podobě tonovacího krému, či krémového makeupu. Nevím přesně jak dlouho je tento malý zázrak na trhu, nicméně já na něj narazila v létě a od té doby na něj nedám dopustit.

Ich habe in letzter Zeit Reiseartikel geschrieben. Trotzdem bin ich eine Person, die gerne Kleidung und Kosmetik kauft. Deshalb zeige ich Ihnen heute eine neue Toning-Cream von Essence. Ich habe diese Creme im Sommer in Drogerien gefunden und seitdem habe ich das geliebt.

Pevné nožky, zeštíhlené bříško/ firm legs, slim belly

Je to už několik měsíců, nebo spíše rok, co se pravidelně snažím věnovat cvičení, cvičím několikrát týdně ať už doma, či ve fitku s kamarády, či vyrazíme někam do přírody. Moji největší problémovou partii je bříško, kde se mi nejvíce ukládá tuk a kterého se s těží zbavuji. Co mi jde posilovat naopak velice rychle jsou nohy a zadek. Osobně jsem nikdy netrpěla výraznou celulitidou, ale za poslední dobu jsem zjistila, že se mi občas nějaký ten ďolíček na kůži objeví, obzvlášť když cvičení na pár dní vynechám. Z toho důvodu mě v rámci spolupráce s Elnino napadlo sáhnout po produktech určených právě na zeštíhlení bříška a na podporu boje s celulitidou.

Parťák do každého dne/ partner for every day

Moji milý čtenáři, dnes bych Vám ráda představila mého parťáka do každého dne. Každý z nás si pod slovem parťák představí asi jiný význam, ať už přítele, kamaráda, či někoho zcela jiného. Já osobně si představím můj milovaný Notebook, ležící na mém stole, čekající až přijdu z práce a začnu u něj odpočívat s filmem, seriálem, či se pokusím o tvorbu dalšího kreativního příspěvku pro vás.

Můj parťák je od firmy ACER a jmenuje Aspire 3 A315-32. Notebook byl mojí první větší útratou po nástupu do zaměstnání - cca rok a půl zpět, a i když se mi na něm některé věci nelíbí, nedám na něj dopustit.

My partner is from ACER and names Aspire 3. A315-32 The notebook was my first major spend after starting work - about a year and a half ago, and even though I don't like some things about it, I love it.
